I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year. It is located in a great area, close to nice restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is wonderful and they are very helpful. The coffee area is very quaint and the crossiants are great! I can't wait to return.

This was my 2nd stay here it is a very chic French hotel the decor is beautiful and spotlessly clean. They serve you breakfast in bed for no extra cost and this consists of fresh orange juice, coffee or tea croissants and fresh bread roll with a selection of honey and jams. It is the perfect place for a couple...

Our stay was delightful - the location was incredible. Music drifted up from the street corner as if we were in a movie. The location is convenient to everything. Your staff was very attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return on our future trips.

Room was good, with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The space was small for 2 pax but that's expected for Europe. There was a small elevator from ground floor up but not to the basement and so not too friendly for people with disabilities. Excellent location near many good restaurants and shops. Room had a window which opened to the...

Dear Angela, First of all we thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Paris and also for taking time to share your opinion on Tripadvisor. We are pleased that you like Le Regent even if "Standard" rooms are small. Indeed, rooms are small in the area of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, but we have bigger rooms in "Deluxe" and "Superior"...

Our family of five stayed at this hotel for a week during our kids' spring break vacation. It was recommended to my by my father and my brother -- both of whom had stayed here before. We were very happy with our choice. The location is very central and it is in a vibrant neighborhood. The staff was very friendly...

Your get off the Metro from the airport and pop up at Notre Dame, it's 12 minutes walking distance from the Louvre. The staff is nice, our room was a bit cozy, but for location it's great! It's in the best of locations for a great fun time. Location is everything and here is great. Plenty of jazz clubs just down the road. Lots of art and fine restaurants in the area.. It's very close to the action and is great for late breakfasts and a friendly smile no matter how late back.

Best Hotel in Paris for a weekend away break. Location, staff and rooms were fab. All around the hotel were great cafes, great bars and fantastic restaurants. Metro is only minutes away as is the Notre Dame Cathedral which has to be seen to be believed. This hotel made our 3 days in Paris.

We visited this charming tiny hotel many times years ago. Great improvements, the lift now reaches the ground floor. The staff were always willing to oblige and still are, and English is understood . The rooms are fascinatingly compact with everything incorporated into a tiny space all traditionally decorated and with a modern ensuite. A fine example of how to do...

We are pleased to recommend this hotel. Location is superb. Walking distance to just about all the major things you want to see in Paris. The hotel will arrange a car pick up if you wish. For us, it was a welcome sight coming in to Paris in the very early morning after an overnight flight.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
