Brilliant. Although Breakfast has an additional cost it is worth while. Lovely location and a good way to start the day.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Rooms excellent - just lacked a Tariff for the Mini - bar and Tea and Coffee brewing facilities
The location of this hotel is superb. Right in the heart of St Germain & the very beautiful St Sulpice square at the end of the street, you can't go wrong. We arrived before check in and our room was ready early, which was helpful....More

In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented
musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.

The duplex is entered from the garden courtyard attached to the breakfast area. There is absolutely no issues with security with any part of the hotel. The courtyard is only used for breakfast. It is a quite oasis during the day and evening. Can't answer about the windows or two stories. The street outside is relatively narrow with little traffic and very little noise through the night. I would recommend this hotel.
