A rare family owned Parisian hotel that still manages to be quite nice. By and large, the staff is superb and very accommodating. I have stayed here several times and always been greeted by employees who were as friendly as they were helpful. This hotel...More

We found that the Minerve ticked most of the boxes: friendly, helpful staff (e.g. good travel directions); great location (5mins from Notre Dame, 2mins from 2 Metro, 5 mins from Ile st.Louis, 10 mins to Marais); quiet (although I think all of Paris is relatively...More

We booked a shuttle to the airport at the reception desk. It worked very well. Sorry, don't know about ironing facilities but the reception staff are very helpful, so just ask them.
