Great location only a short walk to buses and trains, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained with a comfortable enough bed and pillows. My only issue was they only had one elevator working

I stayed in this hotel for the figure skating tournament in November. Off season prices were quite attractive, I managed to book a room for 3 three night for just 177 euros. Nothing to complain about. The room was small, but you have to be ready for this in this price range in Paris. So no complaints here. The bed... More

Close to a wide selection of restaurants though not many traditional French. The hotel was clean warm and staff very helpful. Our room was of average size but well equipped. Breakfast was self service and was well presented with a good choice of food. The hotel had a bar and reception was 24 hour which was nice to know. Have... More

I lost my personal belongings during my stay. During checkout the receptionist told me that he had no idea what happened. After i left, i called and sent several emails but got no response. If you stay in this hotel don't leave your belongings in the room for no reason.

Whilst we have been visiting this hotel for many years and least 1 to 2 times a year, since we discovered Bercy village, this time we were a little disappointed about the arrival. We drove down by 2 cars from a week in Normandy and knew we were arriving early and had plans to drop off our luggage and cars and... More

The rooms and general areas are very well maintained from what I saw. Some of the staff are a bit abrupt; perhaps understandable given the huge number of tourists that must pass through here. Breakfast was very good but expensive at 14 Euros on top of the room price. Nice parks nearby and plenty of opportunities for 'touristy' shopping and... More

Hella out of the way from what you first think of Paris. But it is walkable!! Great neighborhood. Decent grocery near by as well as restaurants - shops and cafes. While the value is great - if you want the true fanciful Paris experience - stay with caution. You will be seeing all sides of Paris which was amazing! Rooms... More

Friendly staff, good location but small rooms. Rooms with balcony were nice but dont expect a spectacular view. Parking was good though a bit of a maze to get in and out of. Overall a pleasant say with lots of good places to visit nearby for food.
