Just a few steps away from the beautiful Saint German Church, lies this fully renovated boutique style hotel. Accommodations are great, staff very helpful and the surrounding areas are great for everyone. Stayed here for 5 days with my wife and 3 children, the experience was amazing... located in the heart of the beautiful Saint German area, you really get...

At the bottom of the rue Saint Benoit lies a modern luxury hotel with modern design. It is one of the best locations for Saint Germain Church, shops and terraces such as the Flore and the Deux Magots. The common areas have been recently redone to create a lobby and breakfast areas full of light and modern features. The rooms...

Stayed here with friends on a 3 night break in Paris. The hotel is, quite simply a little piece of paradise. You are greeted by the smell of hundreds of orchids in the lobby and the friendliest staff you could hope for. Without asking, they upgraded us all to suites which were stunning (we saw their deluxe rooms too which...

The best thing about this hotel is the location. This is a cute boutique hotel. The photos on the website are better than what I saw in person. We had a comfortable room and good size for a Paris hotel, but I would not rate this a five star hotel. The workout facility was very small with very little equipment....

What to say about the Bel Ami...a home away from home, great welcoming, you feel like a real VIP. Rooms are great, very trendy but traditional at the same time, the location in saint germain des pres is ideal to visit Paris...and for a romantic weekend, no other place to choose....

We spent 2 nights at the Bel Ami. It's in a great location on the 6th arrondissement. The hotel has a nice contemporary feel. Room & bathroom are very small, but not surprising for a city hotel. Staff are very friendly & breakfast is great. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience at the Bel-Ami. Named in honor of the Guy de Maupassant novel, the hotel is located in the building that once housed the printing house which printed the book but the decor is modern and the attention to detail and design is impressive. Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
