Thhis conveniently located hotel is supposed to be a 3star hotel but wonder how 3 stars may be given, the room I've been given was too small to be a double room not to mention the bathroom. When having a shower please take extra care of the water pouring out of the bathromm...Problem that may happen but I would be...

Room was very small and bed was terrible (very soft mattress), but the hotel is overall very clean and honest. Location is perfect, right between Montmartre and Opera, walking distance to the Louvre is about 20 mn. We didn't try the breakfast, because there is a great little bakery 2 or 3 quarters down the Rue de Clichy (Maison de...

Decent hotel. Clean and at a great location. Reception speaks perfect English is helpfull and friendly. No Extra services available and breakfast tb taken in one of the restaurants very close by. No airco so in a hot summer the rooms on the street side are really hot and don't cool down easily.

This hotel, situated super-close to the Metro Place de Clichy, is an ideal place to stay if you're travelling solo or with a loved one, and you don't want to pay too much. It offers a continental breakfast for an extra 9 euro/day, and free wifi. It is close to several tourist attractions and metro line 13 (Place de Clichy)...

The hotel, the room, the lift if you can call it that, you can barely fit 2 people in (That is no exaggeration). If you have suitcases you have to send them in the lift by themselves as you and your cases WILL NOT FIT in this very minute lift, what they have the cheek to call a lift, I...

The hotel is nothing special, it sits close to a metro station in an area within walking distance to the mont matre/moulin rouge action but is itself in a quiet pocket. The lift is a cosy fit for 2 people and the bathroom is also quite small but I found the room to be comparable in size to many other...

We stayed recently in this hotel. Though the rooms were small it is maintained well and staffs were friendly.., The major advantage is it closer location to the metro station in the main city.., from here one can reach any places within minutes.., wi-fi is good in lobby only dont expect in rooms.., otherwise it is an decent hotel.., by...

Due to circumstance, I wound up needing a hotel near Place de Clichy immediately for six days. After much internet searching resulted in nothing under 250 Euro for places rated in the lower than number 1,000 on TripAdvisor, I hit the streets and asked around hotel by hotel. Aurore Montmartre told me they had one room just come available because...

Nice 2 star hotel, neat and clean. A bit too expensive, but I loved it.

I was in Paris last w.e. only for 3 days, and I have to say, that this hotel is really good. Rooms are very small, but it is standard in Paris (not only in hotels). Room wasn't new, but clean, and my bathroom was renewed, so I can't complain! The staff from this hotel was really friendly and very very...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

“Look very carefully at the reviews about the hotel you are choosing as the pictures on the site are not showing a true picture of how small the rooms are, the rooms are very small, don't bring your cat as there is not enough room to swing them in the room, the lift is a joke!!!”
