Though one can't call this hotel a bad one it is definitely not #1 option if you are looking for 3-4 stars value for miney in Paris. The only unbeatable advantage is location. Really great. But the hotel itself could have been a way better for price they take. Rooms are too small, beds are not too good, brekfast room...

Perfect location! Only down side was the very very small breakfast room Good breakfast and plenty of choice but what a squeeze! Hate to be there at the height of tourist season! There was barely room for the waitress to squeeze by each table. Some visitors had to sit away from partners or friends as there was two tables for...

staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms , and bathrooms are rather small, airco is not of the best. room decoration is slightly old fashined, bed and pillows are ok. wifi is available , but to slow for streaming media or downloading newspapers breakfast is a bit expensive for the served quality, but there's enough on offer to choose from....

When we decided to book a last minute trip to Europe (1 month before) I found this hotel on Trip Adviser and basically booked it because it was: a) located in Latin Quarter b) it could accommodate 3 adults. I read the reviews, which were mixed and booked it because I had no choice,we were leaving in 3 weeks and had...

Just returned from a fabulous city break staying and this fabulous hotel. The location is absolutely ideal, the staff simply cant do enough for you and the location simply couldn't be better. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and to be fair I would question why it would need one as the just out the back is the famous Latin...

I recently had a 5-night stay here and was very happy. Yes, the rooms are small and the elevator smaller, but the decor was great. Bedding and bathrooms were excellent. Location is stellar! You can walk to everything or use the metro which is right out the front door. Really loved it's close proximity to the spectacular Luxembourg Gardens. Plenty...

Nice clean hotel close to Metro and all the sites. 1 block to the airport subway stop was very handy. Breakfast included and wifi in your room. 1 block to the Seine and right close to Notre Dame. Staff was very friendly and even had change for out large denomination Euros. I will stay here again.

Although this is a very cute, charming hotel, I would not stay here again. I booked my room 7 months in advance (from 18 to 23 september) requesting a large double and on arrival was told I could not have the room I booked because someone else decided to stay longer. They then offered me a new room to compensate....

This hotel was a very convenient location. From the airport we caught the train to our location and the hotel was about 2 blocks from the exit. We were only a few minutes from Notre Dome and other sites. We used the train to get to other sites further away, such as the Eiffel tower, etc. (Side note - they...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
