Detailed Reviews
Situated close to The Opéra, Galleries Lafayette, and Grands Boulevard Metro Station, close enough to be in the middle of the action of Paris, this hotel with a cream-colored facade, molded details, and wrought-iron Juliet balconies, the Acadia Astotel pairs perfectly with the other buildings on the block. Inside, the decor offers an elegant blend of very modern chic details. At lobby's front desk you will be able to enjoy a complimentary hors d'oeuvre table from 2PM to 2AM, but also you will be greeted by Med who will be providing you keys and also an amazing customer service.
Once you get to your room, you will have an ample room, with chairs, desk, complimentary mini bar with soft drinks , closet, safety box, and multi varied channels in a flat TV. The AC was amazing and comfortable beds made every single day by Miss Mary Jane, are one of the best characteristics of this hotel. Every time we were back to our room, we had fresh towels and our toiletries dispensers were refilled.
Either the elevator or a central spiral staircase is a classy touch, that will take you to the hearty, varied, filling and amazing chic breakfast area, which is a real standout for a hotel in Paris. There were varieties for vegan, diets, non diet, and multiple healthy options and the most important was the service received every morning by the most diligent and incredible person I have ever met in the hospitality industry, Kuddos to Miss Ouiza who always was receiving us at the breakfast area with a beautiful smile.
This hotel, it’s highly recommended.
Definitely, my sincere congratulations to Miss Florence and all her staff at this hotel in Paris, because the hotel does not only gave us an exceptional location near several major sights, parks, museums, and the business district near Opera, Le Marais, Lafayette, St. Denis and Montmartre, but also gave us a safety environment, hospitality and the most important an amazing guest’s experience in Paris. Merci!
Definitely, we will return again.

This was a comfortable hotel and the rooms were large for Paris. I particularly appreciated the in room fridge and kettle - I’m British enough to want early morning tea with milk - the supermarket opposite provided fresh milk. The bathtub was also much appreciated after long days of exploring the city. Breakfast was good for the price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellently located in the middle between Gare Du Nord and The Louvre, approx. 20 minutes each way, Parisian cab drivers tried to scam us by asking for 50 Euros to get to hotel, we just walked instead. The receptionists were all very welcoming and the hotel room (505) was nice for a family of 3, the small single bed was perfect for our 9 year old. The building itself is old as you can feel the lift jump when the door opens but I kinda like that charm, the bathtub is narrow but it was ok for us. Great water pressure and hooks and racks to hang things. The free drinks in the fridge are free, perfect size of bottle water.
There are some cons though.
The room felt a little dusty, towards day 4 and 5 we started waking up with phlegm in throat, also we noticed clear layer of dusts on top of the black fridge, it may be airborne particles from the open window or the aircon. The far corner of my bed and bedside table was particularly dusty and I tried not to move too much.
The breakfast option was quite minimal, but given that it is a 3 star hotel, it is acceptable. The usual range of drinks are there, the baked items are ok, some yoghurt, cereals, boiled eggs, there were only four hot items, - sausage, french omelette and two other non-meat items, they were not appealing. Minimal fruits, only saw one banana in 5 days. It is not bad, but it is not good either, I think there could be more range on the menu.
Overall, great service, location and comfortable room (and bed!) which affords a 4 star rating from us, but the breakfast and maybe cleaning quality is only 3 star.
If I could choose, it would be 3.5 but 4 is fine.

+1
I searched for a Paris hotel for several days reading countless reviews; I was seeking a hotel with interesting architecture in a convenient, clean, safe location for walking day or night to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Metro stations and other points of interest and Acadia Astotel emerged as the winner! It provided everything I desired and the room was furnished with: a very comfortable bed with quality linens, electric kettle for tea or coffee on a desk with chair, mini refrigerator with free beverages, safe to secure valuables, hairdryer, modern electrical outlets, good WiFi, nice wall mounted television and a modern functional bathroom with a good spacious shower. The room and hallway were recently renovated with a great design sense. Set on a vibrant side street with views that define Paris. The Front Desk staff were warm and welcoming and happy to provide assistance if needed. Breakfast on the lower level is offered at a reasonable price and hotel guests are also invited to enjoy coffee, tea and pastries in the main reception area throughout the day and evening, and if it rains and you don’t have an umbrella — no problem, they will lend you one of theirs! The concept of this hotel to welcome guests as generously as they do sets them apart from any competition in this category or price range. I will definitely stay here again as well as try other Astotel Hotels in other neighborhoods. I could not have been happier with my decision to stay here for 6 nights. The windows are modern and when closed you have complete peace and quiet. This was my 8th visit to Paris, and the first time to stay in the lower part of the 9th Arrondissement, which I found very convenient and easy to navigate.

We had a really wonderful holiday in Paris partly to our choice of the hotel! Its location is perfect with many cafes and restaurants around it as well as a supermarket exactly opposite the hotel. The service was excellent accomodating all our needs and many thanks to the wonderful people at the reception! Our rooms were spotless clean and even though there was a bar opposite the road, the double glazing windows prevented any noise coming from outside. We are very happy with our choice and we will definetely book there again when we go to Paris! ❤

Hi!
hi! For my part, I stayed in this hotel with family, including 2 people over 80 years old and I had greatly appreciated the report / quality / price and location! So it seemed logical to me that for my vacation with my boyfriends and my best friend, I book in this hotel and I did very well because we had a wonderful week / the people at the reception are warm and competent / the rooms with bathrooms and safe are very good / a non-alcoholic mini bar a tv and free Wi-Fi .... a snack also free from 3:00 p.m. I think the breakfasts are top notch and very hearty and the icing on the cake you are extremely well located a few minutes from the grans boulevards but quiet .... to finish I recommend the small restaurant opposite with a small terrace full of greenery and the dishes are delicious .. .about the French toast / salted butter carambar sauce and a nice ball of homemade Chantilly cream 😉 in short I will go back and I recommend it to my friends / es👌

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is close to two main stations of the metro: Grands Boulevards and Le Peletier. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries and other hotels are located nearby. The nearby streets are lively and feel very nice and safe. It is also close to to the Folies Bergère hall and Grevin wax museum, and it is about 1 km from the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette, and 2 km from the Gare du Nord.
The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are sufficiently big and comfortable. We also had a smart TV with Google Cast, and free drinks in the minibar, refilled daily.
The bathrooms and showers are okay, but should be improved a little by increasing the water stream, adding shower curtains, and adding shelves and more places to put on personal stuff.
We had a couple of days where there was a very bad smell in the corridor and in the elevator. I believe that some of the garbage was not carried properly and caused this smell. Most of the time everything was okay.
The breakfast is good, and contains a rather large variety of cheeses, soft drinks, hot drinks, fruits, chocolate, bread and pastries. It will be nice, however, if the eggs (for the omelets and pancakes) are cooked on a different stove from the meat, since they absorbed some of its taste.
Free croissants, brioches, snacks and tea are served throughout the day in the lobby.
The reception is nice and helpful for any problems in the hotel, as well for reservations of tickets and taxis.
As a guest in the hotel, you are entitled to use the facilities of the other hotels of Astotel company in Paris. One of them (34B- astotel) is located in the adjacent street, and offers a sauna and a fitness room.
In summary - very good hotel with a wonderful location!
Definitely recommended for your stay in Paris!

What an amazing hotel and experience! Right from the get-go, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and was a very pleasant surprise considering Paris rooms are normally so small. Beds were very comfortable and we so appreciated the complimentary mini bar. To add to our wonderful stay the complimentary afternoon refreshments from 2pm until late was great. Donuts, pastries, muesli bars, chocolates, crackers, fruit etc plus some of the best coffee we had in Paris. If you book with Astotel you are welcome in any of their hotels in Paris on your travels to stop for free bottles of water, refreshments and a toilet stop. Honestly we were so pleased we booked here. We will book them again when we return in the future.

The staff were amazing, all of them wanted to give us the most precise information to help. During the evenings they have a table with some snacks.
The room was daily cleaned, if you don't want them to clean it just put the sign on the door.
Me and my wife loved the place, from all the good things the hotel offered to us, I think that the best was the location.
Close to markets. It's a busy area, close to some important buildings like Galeria Lafayette and also close to the metro station that can bring you to all around the city.

In the centre of Paris, this hotel is ideally located to avoid too many taxi fares. It was clean with everything we required for a four day break. The breakfast was good and free soft drinks and biscuits and buns were available from 2:00 pm until 2:am. Also, free soft drinks and water was provided in the room as well as the usual free coffee, TV, safe and wi-fi.
