Stayed for 2 nights in late June. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and despite the central/bustling location it was quiet. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Just wished we had more time there.

Last minute booking for a superior room turned out to be a very nice room that had been refurbished apart from the carpet. Room was at the back and faced the Palais Royale. Very good location for the sights and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly enough but too tight to let us stay for free...

We were surprised when the lady at the reception told us that we have to pay for 15 bottles of water for €5 each. There was no sign at the breakfast room and the server did not inform us about it. The bottles were not even regular size water bottles. I argued with the lady and she was nice enough...

I was dreading staying here after reading other reviews on this hotel post booking it. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The building is beautiful, it's a smaller boutique hotel. We found the room and the bathroom to be a good size and decorated to a high standard. It was spotless and cleaned with new towels, bathroom products every...

I had asked the travel agent to book a 4 star centrally located hotel in Paris. This one is located close to the Louvre and the Tuileries gardens and is close to a metro station and taxis. Although not located on a major road, there were, nonetheless, at least six different eateries in the street and prices/food were generally fine....

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Paris. We specifically booked a twin superior room, and were given a regular double until we objected. There was no hot water AT ALL to shower in the morning, and when we reported it to the receptionist she just shrugged. No apologies, no (partial) refund, and she even made a song and...

The location of this hotel is ideal. You can walk to most of the main landmarks in Paris. It is a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel tower along the banks of the seine. Minutes to le louvre and very close to the metro should you require. The rooms are very clean and chintzy. Not a major issue but perhaps...

Near the Louvre, which was an advantage. Our small, skinny street had tons of stores and restaurants, which was a positive. Staff was mostly unfriendly, expect for one girl. Ordered a cab the night before we left. We were picked up on time, the cab driver massively ripped us off and drove us around different highways all over Paris. The...

I chose this hotel because of the location and booked it as a package holiday. Upon arrival my friend and I were given a room with one double bed. The reception were happy to change it to a room with two single beds. Everything worked as I expected. My only complaints would be that there is street noise and that...

If you are going to stay here you'll need to trade off on a few things.... 1. its noisey. 2. the rooms look dated and run down. 3. staff think they're royalty. But.... The hotel is in an awesome location!
