If boutique means less of everything than this hotel was fine. In any case, definitely not a 4 star but can pass off as 3. No amenities, average service. Keep your expectation equivalent to a 3-Star. Otherwise, clean, cute and comfortable. Small rooms, but its standard for Paris. Good location.

Our room was very small but comfortable. Our room faced into the courtyard behind the Hotel. Very very noisy (bar close by?) and had to keep the windows closed. The tiny bathroom needed a good cleaning (visible soap scum on the shower stall chrome) but rest of the room spotlessly clean. Staff were courteous.

We feel like we totally lucked out at the Melia Alexander. We booked a room on Priceline and were put in room #669. IT HAD A VIEW OF THE EIFFEL TOWER! Probably only one of two rooms at the hotel to make such a boast. All the amenities were as they should be, room was clean and spacious enough, with...

This hotel was definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed so far. Really nice and helpful people at the front desk, speaking very good English. One of the guys there has recommended us a nice restaurant to go for dinner and even has booked the table for us. The room was huge, very nice decorated, with big bathroom and...

Just returned from a 6 night stay at the Melia Alexander in Paris. The hotel is small with very nice rooms and is definitely a Boutique Hotel. The staff are supper friendly and even though we arrived early they had a room ready for us. The really quirky thing about this Hotel is the very small unique elevator which is...

Got there around 11am and our room was already ready. Gorgeous room, think we had the only one with a balcony, and was lovely and quiet with a nice view to the Avenue Victor Hugo. I speak French, but the staff spoke fluent English to my boyfriend, and our room was cleaned every day whilst we were out. Nice spacious...

A Lovely Little Hotel! Just right for a couple on a budget! We got quite a good cheap deal on this hotel as we booked it as part of a package with Eurostar I believe. I’m not sure how much it would cost usually to book here. The hotel is in quite a centralised location. It is only a very...

Lets get this straight - I think Paris has its own hotel star system as my previous experiences in Paris "4 star hotels" has not been very encouraging. This is a nice comfortable good quality hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights recently on a deal. Our room was quite large (on the 6th floor) and the bathroom was enormous....
