Good location close to the Metro. The rooms are nice and modern but although they were said to be non-smoking there was a deep smell of tobacco in our room. Old building, there is no lift. Hot water used to change in temperature and intensity. The staff is nice though.

I spent four nights at Hotel Le Twelve, and I think it's a pretty good place, but I think I might look for someplace else if I were staying in Paris for much longer than that. The room was very small, but comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The free wireless Internet worked fine, too. Hotel staff were always...

Basic and standard hotel, considering the price paid I didn't really expect much more. Definitely one of those places that look better online than it really is. At times felt like a prison..but was nice. The prison guards were nice and friendly (staff) Good location, right near metro station which take you straight to the Eiffel tower or Disney land.

Stayed here for three days, the rooms were very small (5 people in 2 rooms). The hotel was under construction when we went which unfortunately started way too early while we were still sleeping. The bathroom was messy and dirty, peeling paint, the shower was small barely enough room to turn around and it was kept close by a plastic...

Great place, the room itself is pretty basic (stayed for 5 days). The only downside to this, is that its location is far out from the main paris which you will have to take metro line to get to places which usually require you to change lines and have to make lots of stop. (For travellers, this can be a...

The service was perfect, also the parkingservice. The room was good, but didn't look like the photo on the website. It was a little smaler than i expected, but clean.

It is a very basic and simple hotel, but its completely enough if you are just spending the night. We had a double room and it was small, the bed also not so big, but it was clean and sleep quality was good (we specifically asked for a higher floor and got the 4th). They have a nice patio (inside...

Stayed there for 3 nights in January - here's what I liked: - Location is great - not in the main part of town but right off the main metro line (M1) which within minutes takes you to most of the main spots people want to go to like La Bastille, Hotel de Ville, Louvre, Champs Elysees, L'Arc de Triomphe,...
