We have stayed at Hotel De l'Empereur twice now and we absolutely love it! The price is always reasonable- especially for the location! You cannot beat the location- very close to Rue Cler, Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and metro station around the corner. We love to walk so we also walked to the Musee d'orsay which is a little farther...

Nice, small hotel. Have enjoyed this hotel on previous trips. Great location because it's walking distance to museums and market. Price reasonable. Rooms aren't terribly large so we were a little tight on space (one adult and two boys).

We stayed here for 5 nights, and had a nice room on the 4th floor with a view of the Invalides. It was a good size considering it is in Paris. In spite of facing the street, it was quiet at night, however we kept the windows closed due to the cool weather. The bed was comfortable and the room...

Two minutes walk from the metro, this hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking to most attractions. Initially I was dubious of the dated exterior sign etc and tiny reception, however the friendly and helpful staff instantly won me over! I arrived early and the gentleman behind reception went out of his way to show me that my bags...

I have stayed at this hotel twice. It is in a great location, close to the Metro station, Rue Cler, Eiffel tower and many other attractions. The rooms are clean and attractive. The front desk people are very well informed and helpful. The only thing I would like to see is breakfast included in the price. They charge €14 for...

I just stayed at this hotel for the second time during Easter week. I was in Paris to run the marathon and visit a dear friend. The room was beautiful, the location convenient, and the staff friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return for another visit and I will book this location again.

Wanting to see Paris from a good location at a reasonable price, lead us to this boutique hotel. Within walking distance to many sites, clean rooms, decent breakfast and friendly staff and owner. Would stay again the next time in Paris.

Located close to the La Tour Maubourg metro stop, the Eiffel Tower and Hotel Des Invalides this was the perfect base for our five nights in Paris. Modern bathrooms and the ability to accommodate a third person in the room made for a comfortable stay. Loved the cute little elevator and spiral staircase.

I've stayed in this hotel several times with my family for vacations and always had great experiences. The hotel is very nice and rooms are clean and elegantly designed. Their breakfast is great too. It's definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend to families traveling in Paris.

Dear Sharlene, thank you very much for your comment :-) Our hotel is as you said very well located and you're right: our elevator is tiny but it is there! I am glad you were able to enjoy our breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice, hot beverages, ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, croissants, fresh bread, etc! I hope...

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom was large. The bed was larger than expected, it is listed as a queen but felt more like a north american king size. The area is very easy to get around close to the metro stop...
