Stayed for 4 nights. Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Madeleine Metro, 5 minutes walk from Opera, Galleries Lafayette and Roissybus. Rooms are OK, pretty small but that can be expected in this area. A/Cdid not work too well, and when we told the receptionist she said she would check, but nothing was done. Breakfast was also OK, but...

We stayed a week in Paris at this hotel. The reviews were all pretty good so we took a chance. Hotel rooms in Paris are small but this room was Very Very small. The A/C didn't work properly and the girl at the desk didn't seem to care. The elevator is only big enough for two people and made bad...

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times as I travel to Paris a few times a year for work. Its in a great location, with the metro a few metres away and the department stores very nearby. The rooms are tiny! The bathrooms are small too, but they are quite new with a modern white fitout and...

We booked the "Folkestone Opera" on the good advice posted on this website and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are small, but we made a last minute request for a balcony and we were lucky to get one, because the hotel has only four rooms with balcony. We enjoyed having our breakfast and afternoon...

We just came back from our visit to Paris. My partner wanted a Best Western property and we booked via BW's website solely based on reviews from TripAdvisor. We are glad we did! The hotel was spotless and looks newly and totally renovated. The entire staff was friendly and wonderful, especially Virginie and Anais at the front desk. Our room...

My husband and I and 2 adult sons just returned from a 5 night stay at the Folkestone Opera. I was a little apprehensive, but I trusted the reviews on Trip Advisor! We were not disappointed! Even though the rooms are small by American standards, they were fine for us. The rooms were very clean and cheery. The location was...

My partner and I stayed at the BW Folkestone Opera for 5 nights at the end of March, beginning of April 2007. I searched the BW website through numerous properties in Paris and finally decided on this particular hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. I must admit, I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel and our experience...

We really liked this hotel because of the location, so convenient to everything. The room was small, but who cares when you're in Paris? The breakfast was so good, and the ladies who prepared it were so friendly and nice. Virginie at the front desk was very helpful when we needed to get information concerning our flight home....we really appreciated...

Very near- a block from the nearest metro- and only a couple from the 2 huge deaprtment stores, Printemps and Lafayette, this hotel is very convenient. Nearby there is a bakery, convenience store,l and at least 10 restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast, which is included in the price is great- large choice including 2 or 3 cakes, bread, pastries, croissants,...
