We had 4 adults and we had Standard room with Sofa bed. It was enough room - small but enough room. We were lucky and had two bathrooms too. The beds - full size/queen size are actually two beds pushed together. Not sure if that is standard but they are two separate beds. If it says 3 twin beds I bet one of those beds can be pushed together.
