From the hotel, head right, and walk up to Gare du Nord (turn right again when you reach the junction, onto Boulevard de Magenta). At Gare du Nord, take the RER train. Get on line B, go one stop to Châtelet – Les Halles. At C-lH, change onto line A, and take the train to Marne La Vallée, which serves as the Disneyland station. You should be able to walk from there - it's literally a few minutes walk.
