I was travelling by myself and I absolutely loved this hotel. Great atmosphere, in short walking distance of the métro and an enjoyable breakfast. My room was very tidy and I there was plenty of space. Next to that, there is a seperate bathroom (very clean). The staff were friendly and during breakfast the server constantly asks for refills and...

paris hotel rooms are notorious for their small sizes, as a solo traveller you might end up in the broomcupboard more often than not. not so at hotel du pre. good size solo room (mine was 64) with ample space to move around, well equiped bathroom, tv and classic french balcony. cldnt have asked for anything more. got the room...

The Hotel du Pre is a small and nice hotel. Ideally located in Paris central area and near the metro Poisonnière (pink line) and a lot of shops and supermarket. The staff is friendly, it's clean and the breakfast is good. The wi-fi is available in the entire hotel. At the end I was fine, the only complaint I would...

Friendly staff, good breakfast, pleasant rooms. Perfect for a short stay. Shame that the 'double' bed was actually two singles pushed together in both rooms we stayed in but perfectly comfortable anyway! Would happily stay again

We spent a week in Paris and stayed at the Hotel du Pre and loved it. We had a very large room (room 53) with nice bathroom and window overlooking the street. The room was clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast was good - fresh croissants, baguettes, cheese, jam etc. The location is good and if you arent into...

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean every day. Wifi was excellent. The location is very central. One could go with a week train ticket and a map every where in France. The room had a nice view. The staff were very friendly. All in all a great experience.

We stayed at Du Pre hotel already couple of times. The rooms are usually not very big (which is normal in France) but nice and clean. There is wifi everywhere in the hotel and the breakfast is really great for Paris and price you are paying.

The first room offered was looking on to an enclosed wall, literally. When I requested another room, I was given one looking on to the street - however, all first floor windows are blocked by synthetic security screens that prevents ventilation or looking out. The weather was very warm mid-august - there was no air conditioning and screens over the...

It is difficult to find a judgement if you stay in two complete different rooms. We booked via Internet. The pictures were promising, the price too. After we arrived, the room was not at all so nice as shown in internet. Much smaller, also other (boring and old) design. Window to a very small inside place (no sun, no air)....

I stayed at Du Pre hotel with my parents for three nights. The room was not very big but nice. The bathroom was too small and the shower corner was extremelly small. There was wifi everywhere in the hotel and the breakfast was ok.
