Just spent 6 days in Paris at this hotel. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Location is excellent, room was lovely and breakfast included hot options and excellent coffee and chocolate. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

You can get a Taxi from Gare Du Nord to the Hotel, I'm not sure of the cost, as we got a shuttle from CDG airport 45 euro? The hotel will arrange a shuttle from the hotel back to the Gare Du Nord or airport a lot cheaper, than you arranging it. The metro is about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the hotel. I suggest a taxi when you arrive with 2 young kids less worries.....! ENJOY your trip.
