Couldn't have been happier with our stay at the hostel. Great location ( 2 minutes walk to the metro) and at a cheap price. The room, which had two bunk beds, had clean towels and sheets. Free wifi in all rooms and free breakfast. We wish we could have stayed an extra night. Would highly recommend.

The front desk clerks are friendly and helpful. The locale is good with quite access to several metros. Rooms are cramped and in dire need of repair. The showers have plenty of hot water. Be careful, though. Shower stalls are so small that it is easy to bump into the knobs and thus get a scalding hot shot of water...

Close to 2 train stations (Abssess and Blanche), walking distance to Moulin Rouge, AND Starbucks. Great breakfast in the morning, well, compared to most hostels, friendly staff. Cleaning lady is a bit rude.

We stayed overnight here en route to Nice for Euro 2016 and were very impressed. The hostel had a super friendly relaxed atmosphere and the facilities were excellent. The surrounding Ning streets were vibrant and eclectic and all in all I would recommend this as a great place to stay whilst visiting Paris.

The hostel rooms were pretty standard, not sure what was "boutique" about it and in terms of space and amenities I would have preferred to stay in another hostel in the area but unfortunately that one was full. However, the welcome we received here was great and very helpful. The private room was also very nice - small (like all...

Safe, clean, perfect location, computers with fast internet - I just adore it here! There is plenty of information about walking tours at the front desk and the staff are extremely helpful. I will return again and again.

We've been there last summer for one day, the first thing we saw was a tiny little kitten, which just melted our heart away. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean, you can hear some street musicians out of the opened window, the elevator is really small but you can manage your luggage and everything inside. The location is perfect,...

The staff were so helpfull and friendly, nothing was a problem and they delivered every time I made a request. The place is well located with plenty of bars and restaurants around the hostel. These guys are well worth a try for the best value hostel in Paris.

As Paris itself was everything very compressed. The four bed dorms with private bathroom was really comfortable but it lacked of lockers or even coat hangers on the walls of the rooms. Perfect bathrooms but may be bad ventilation because the showers triggered the fire alarm. They also had problems with the internet conection for a couple of days and...

It's an average hostel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Wifi was good, with computers downstairs too. Met some cool travelers there. Location was okay, a metro ride away from most sites in Paris. Definitely not a "boutique", but I stayed 3 nights and saved enough money to be able to see more of Paris.

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
