I loved staying at this small hotel! Close enough to all the action, but not in the heart of the noise. The service is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and very nice. Some are Old World French decor and some...More
This is a wonderful hotel in every aspect. Beautiful classic decor which creates a fantastic atmosphere in the rooms as well as the public areas. Outstanding location in the fabulous Latin quarter. The room was very convenient and quiet (facing the back alley - room...More
We have been to Paris 5 times. We stayed at this fabulous hotel 3 times. It is our favorite. We agree with the other 5 star reviews. Classic, elegant, very French, lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast, and beautiful common areas. It is right in the heart...More
We returned to this hotel with fond memories of a five-star experience there seven years ago. During the intervening years, the room decor changed from Old World French to "moderne". Gone were the comfy side chairs-- replaced with child-sized chairs not conducive to relaxing in...More
We loved this small boutique hotel on the Left Bank. The location couldn't be more convenient to Paris's major attractions. The area is delightful, full of restaurants, small boutiques, art galleries and cafes. Just perfect for wandering. The service at the hotel is friendly and...More
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this
area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.

A heavier trench coat and layers should serve you well. If you think you need something a little warmer check out the packable down coats from Uniqlo. You can roll them up and pack them away without taking up too much room.
