Hermes bath toiletries, thick towels, and an espresso machine in our room.great view from our window, and great.... make that fantastic staff. This will be our offical residence in Paris! This hotel is within walking distance to Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, the L'Orangerie Museum, and many more sites. It is also near the Metro (st. Michel Mtro Stop)...

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel decor is beautiful. The food for breakfast was very good. Lastly, my favorite part, the bar is great and Jazz on certain nights makes its a great experience. I will most certainly stay here on my next trip...

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The common areas are very nice. The lobby was under construction during our stay but it was not an inconvenience. We had a fourth floor room with a balcony over the street. Most unique feature was we were provided with a free personal cell phone with unlimited calling and data. No worrying about...

The room was perfect and the bed so comfortable, it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger bathroom .its location is pretty perfect , and although central is very quiet and calm. The shared spaces were so charming ,I was sad we missed the Jazz evenings , another reason to come back !

We've been fortunate enough to travel a lot but I can honestly say this is my favourite hotel in the world. We stayed here for 2 nights on the way back from our wedding in France and had the most amazing time. There are very few hotels that provide a 5 star service as well as surroundings but here I...

Very charming, great attention to detail to its guests and its beautifully updated and restored interior evoking the elegance of the 17th century grand townhouse it originally was, the Hotel d’Aubusson, with its open beams (even in guest rooms), Versailles parquet floor in the Salon, Aubusson tapestries and grand fireplace in Burgundy stone, is a delightful oasis of a very...

I stayed here on March 18. On this occasion and on each of the past six summers', my stay was wonderful. The reception is spacious and staffed by a top notch crew who speak perfect English (and who will humor us with our attempts at French). The rooms are tastefully decorated and large by Paris standards, with cavernous bathrooms. The...

The hotel is perfectly advertised to deceive travellers. We were expecting the facilities of a 5 star and luxury hotel. However upon our arrival we were welcomed by a building site in the lobby. Possibly a good sign as the hotel is tired. Rooms offer very average details both in size and décor, however the bathroom of our room was...

I was relocated here from another hotel nearby and what luck. It's a rather grand looking place - the lounge being done in a wonderful baroque style with good lighting, lots of fresh flowers and very good service. My room was dark but extremely smart and comfortable and with plenty of lighting. The bathroom was fully stocked with all amenities...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
