Bonjour, We thank you for your enquiry and confirm that we do have an elevator which is located mid stairs. That means that there is 1/2 a flight to walk up to the lift and 1 to walk down to join the room floor. Concerning breakfast, we propose a continental breakfast to 9€ or a buffet to 13€ in option.
