Dear Vivekpunjabi Thank you for taking time to comment your stay.We appreciate your good opinion about the breakfast, staff. The hotel's name is "Petit"Paris, it's true that the size of our rooms is not our positive point, but the client is aware of it as the sizes of the rooms are well described. In France we say "what is petit is mignon"....

The hotel is quite small but very beautiful and fancy and clean. The welldesigned chair in the room was uncomfortable for longer sitting during working on my laptop at the table. I rather bought fresh pastry in a bakery at the street, not paid for the breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful, nice and polite, they fulfilled...

The location, facilities, service, breakfast, an room were all excellent. The only weakness was the wifi. Even after the service was restored, the reliability was poor. We were frequently unable to connect and even when connected the wifi was sometimes very slow.

Lovely small boutique hotel in a great location near the Sorbonne. 12 minute walk to Notre Dame. Great value as well. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Very friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

The room was sensational Hotel staff were wonderful, however the main lady on reception was rude and talked to my partner as if we were stupid tourists getting in her way. Not acceptable. Apart from that Location and French breakfast wonderful. All other staff were very nice.

Just got back from a romantic weekend break. Hotel is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, so eclectic, so full of colour, bright and quirky. Checking in was easy. I'm sorry I don't remember any of the names of staff at reception but they were all helpful and very efficient. We were in Room no. 1 next to the courtyard. Yes small, like...

I stayed here with my son for two nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was just perfect. The location to the RER was great and close walking distance to the Latin Quarter restaurants. Will return with my wife on our next visit.

Small boutique hotel, really well located and close to fabulous Saint German area. Very secure and comfortable. Rooms relative spacious by Paris standards. Worth a stay. Afternoon tea a plus. Very close to RER B with direct link to Charles De Gaule Airport.

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
