Staying four nights in Paris prior to attending a painting workshop, Matthieu and his families gracious home became our home in Paris. Our morning began with a wonderful breakfast provided in Matthieu's kitchen. We planned our day and listened to great suggestions from Matthieu about how to navigate the Paris metro, how to get lost on purpose in Paris, how...

We stayed for a week, in two adjacent rooms, a family of five including 2 kids and a grandma. Booking was very easy, Matthieu was very responsive and reliable. The rooms were very clean, neatly decorated, beds comfy, the street was very quiet after 11 pm, having a kitchenette was great for kids' snacks and we even had dinner in...

We stayed at this B&B for 4 nights during mid-May; had booked 2 family rooms. These flats are housed in a typical residential building in the heart of 15th Arr. and quite easy to find. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus as was being located so close to a metro station, car rental agency, laundry and shops & restaurants....

Stayed here for three nights with my partner. Cosy room with own bath/shower room. Liked the under the rooftop feel and warm decor of the room. Good reception and advice from Mathieu including places to visit (and avoid) and to eat. Definitely recommend it as an alternative to staying in a characterless hotel somewhere.

This is a very good BnB; great location, neat, clean, good value, and incredibly quiet at night - even Saturday night! Matthieu is an excellent host, with very good recommendations on the best ways to visit the popular sites in Paris. His communication between our booking and our arrival was prompt and informative. He strikes exactly the right balance of...

A great place to live Parisienne for a few days. Our room was clean & stylish and with a little kitchenette, perfect for picking up something from one of the Commerce delis, after a busy day sightseeing. Host Matthieu, serves an ample breakfast, yoghurt & fresh fruit, bread, croissant, cake, cheese & meat etc. Matthieu is full of local hints...

I stayed here in September and it was clean, spacious, quiet and well-located (Just a few blocks from the Metro.) The host was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was that the WiFi was slow and not always available. An excellent alternative to an over-priced hotel.

We stayed for four nights from New Years Eve. We were in the family room on the 1st floor. Spacious and clean. Well equiped with a comfy bed. Nice bathroom with shower. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor in Matthieu's lounge flat. He is friendly and makes a lovely breakfast. He will advise you on anything you need to know...

There is no better way to plan your day in Paris than at the breakfast table of Les Toits de Paris. Not only is the breakfast really delicious - Matthieu will help you to find the best places, propose the time to visit the museum without a long queue, recommend a hidden gem and explain you which bus to take...

We were 5 in this quite small, 2 room apt,. 2 adults and 3 children (12, 10 and 3) so it was a bit tight, but it was clean and OK and the owner was very kind and helpful. The area (Paris XV) was ideal for us, with nice, small shops and restaurants, and within 20 minutes walk of the...
