We stayed here for a school trip to a Paris. The rooms were quiet small with showers right beside each other unless you received a wheelchair accessible room them you had two separate showers although the doors would not close. The blankets were rough and the packed lunches we received were inedible. The ceiling in the bedrooms was too low...

Stayed here for two nights with a group. The room was spacious and clean, great breakfast for a hostel! Nice staff. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the nicer areas, but it's close to the metrostation (6 minute walk), so you're well connected to the other parts of the city. Wifi doesn't always work that well...

Can't recommend this hostel highly enough for school groups. Safe, clean, friendly staff, lots of gathering spaces. Food was fine (nothing fancy, but plenty of it) & the wifi was reasonable (clearly there are some 'high traffic' times).

We stayed in a twin room. The room was well organized, including 2 small desks and chairs, USB charging stations and a hairdryer. Towels were changed every 2 days, beds were made up every day, shower and toilet areas were cleaned as well. I cannot vouch for the cleanliness of the rest of the room - we found an empty...

It makes me sick that this is called a hotel. The what they claim to be a restaurant serves defrosted heated up 'meat' which isn't even cooked. For example, I was served bright pink which of course isn't safe to eat. Even the chips(which I saw come out of a frozen bag) were horrible. The room itself was just satisfactory....

40 of us stayed here half board. We had breakfast every morning which was lovely. We got one evening meal and packed lunches - lovely. Very comfortable beds clean rooms. Larger rooms sleep 6 with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Lockers in the rooms with keypad locks. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception desk. Cannot say the same...

Very nice place to stay. Nice and very comfortable beds, amazing to get rest. Very nice and clean bathroom and hot shower. Nice breakfast included and lots of options at the hostel pub. Not far from the subway station, just a few minutes. The only problem for me was that the check out was around 9 am, too early for...

We booked a private 3 man bedroom that have 2 showers, which was great. The room was big and very clean. The cleaning lady came each day which was nice! The location is a little far from the center center but it is still very accessible!

Staying in Montparnasse

Neighbourhood Profile
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the centre of Paris this neighbourhood has something for every hour of the day.
