Great spot close to it all! Very quaint, sweet place to stay. Room was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Our hostess even offered home baked goods that she made! What impressed me most though was that the front desk staff helped us out even though there was a major confusion with the reservation date. Great service!

We went on a one day trip to Reims and chose to stay in the Hotel Azur. We arrived on the early morning train from Paris and were able to walk to the hotel with our luggage in about 10 minutes. Our room was not ready of course but the friendly front desk staff offered to securely store our bags...

We've used this small hotel for years and its exceptional friendly staff, its central location ( near the recently restored market-hall, don't miss it ) in a quiet back street, always spotless and oozing with cosy charm, all make it a perfect home away from home. We love it more with each visit.

I'm currently at Hotel Azur and have had a wonderful time here. The proprietors have taken good care of me, suggesting good places for dinner and booking champagne cave tours. I originally planned for one night but extended it for another after such a positive experience!

Needed a hotel at last minute due to change of plans. Called the hotel directly and got a room. Were able to leave our luggage at the hotel all day until check in while we explored Reims and did the champagne tours. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Room was on the 3rd floor, but was comfortable and filled...

The Hotel Azur is a friendly hotel with a playful vibe. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk from the train station and walkable to the cathedral, though that will take a bit longer. Our room was clean and comfortable. The street is pretty quiet and closing the window makes it very quiet. The breakfast is basic but quite good. Overall...

The room was clean and charming with a spacious and functional private bath. New windows which opened for fresh air if desired. The staff was very cheerful, .friendly and helpful. All this in a great location just blocks from the train station, restaurants and shops. This small, modest priced hotel was a great find. There is no elevator so this...

The hotel is in a good location, but being a 2 star only, there is no lift. Lugging bags to the top floor is a challenge. The rooms are clean, but very simple and small. No real space for 2 bags, and no table top space to speak of. Security seems good.

No elevator so keep that in mind when packing. Centrally located, friendly and helpful proprietor and staff; a 7-minute walk to the train station, and parking near by. Rooms were small but logically laid out and the bathroom was clean and practical. Would stay there again.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Had a quiet room, even though it was on the first floor, adjacent to the lobby and breakfast room, and had its window on the street (which has traffic rarely). Easy to walk to cathedral, train station, and some champagne companies. Owners and staff were all friendly and helpful. We even had air conditioning...
