When we arrived we were allocated a room on the second floor, it smelt terrible, I think they have a problem with their plumbing to put it politely. We requested to change rooms and the second room was much better, however the whole corridor smelt awful.

Starter of scallops sublime. I had the Langustine which was slightly disappointing, overlooked. All others fabulous - my daughter had the Veal and couldn't fault it. Sea bass and baby lamb also delicious. Awesome wine list. Gorgeous pudding and cheeses. Service excellent. Expensive but 100% worth it.

Located in a very good place in the town center but... Seldom had an as unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist as the one who checked us in, when for example asking for assistance for a place to have dinner she said "its a small town just go out and find something!". Her colleagues the next day were a lot nicer. Speaking...

We have stayed here before as a comfortable hotel with staff that recognizes you is a nice thing. Rooms are not available until close to the 3 PM stated time, but you can eat in the hotels Bistro le 7 and have a drink to happily while away your time. The hotel is right in the middle of the town,...

Perfect location in the centre of Epernay in easy walking distance of the champagne houses. Modest sized bedroom was perfect for one night and the room and en suite were clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with the best coffee in weeks!

Listen up, this is very important. One reviewer said 'it's all about the restaurant'. It really really was 'all about the restaurant'. This is a small hotel (21 bedrooms I think) with a Bistro and Restaurant. There are no public rooms and just a small reception with limited seating. The rooms themselves are small, really quite basic and a bit...

We arrived early morning at the hotel and even if our rooms weren't ready, we were offerered breakfast.Breakfast was a bit more than average for France. The hotel is near town center and just a few minutes from avenue Champagne. The rooms were tidy and normal size. Toilet & bathroom/sink are seperate in the room. The view from our window...

I can't give this place a rave review. Our room was certainly adequate for the price -- 90E per night. But, no air-conditioning (despite being advertised as such in Michelin) meant we had to leave the windows open on a very busy street (even for Epernay). Keep this in mind if you are thinking of a summer visit. Service only...

We had lunch here which was arranged by some winery friends. We were amazed at the wonderful dining experience which was a top 5 for me. The dining room was neatly furnished staff was pleasant in black tie uniforms. The quality taste and presentation of our food was outstanding I had a salad which included scallops topped with caviar, lamb...

This hotel disproves the theory that a restaurant with rooms works - it definitely does not. Very poor standard of room - bath.plug ensures that no water remains once drawn, chipped soap dishes, most Spartan of fixtures/fittings and poorest quality possible. Having enjoyed a seriously good one star Michelin dinner, we retired to our first.floor 'attic.room' where we were kept...
