We booked here as we were visiting a couple of champagne houses. Situated just around the corner form Moet et Chandon is was the perfect base. The owner is a traditional French matriach so don't expect long discussions in English, but if you are happy with your basic French you'll get along just fine. We stayed in the Champagne room...

What a gem. Small and boutique with ever helpful staff, this is more like a private house than a hotel. Seriously close to the centre of town and so you can enjoy the charms of champagne and bubbles with ease. Good sized breakfast means lunch is probably not needed. Parking on site is available and the showers are like standing...

This is a lovely little family run hotel. It has a small, secure, free car park that is locked at night. It's a short walk into the centre of Epernay and the wonderful Avenue de Champagne. We have stayed here 3 times, the first time on our own and we have since taken friends there on 2 occasions. We have...

If you need a comfortable, calm oasis in a beautiful house with warm, friendly staff, you need look no more. Serving a great breakfast in the lovely dining room, or on the terrace if you are lucky enough to have the appropriate weather. Le Clos Raymi is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Epernay, with secure parking as...

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and like it's central location to the town and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is decorated with Art Deco antiques. Breakfast was good. The only slight grip was unavailability of tea and coffee at all times

I have visited Epernay before and stayed in the lovely Andre Bergere, but we were a bit last minute with our idea to go to Epernay again for a weekend and struggled to find a place to stay. Luckily, we found a free room (Le Coloniale) at Le Clos Raymi. Le Clos Raymi is a couple of turns off of...

There is something confusingly artistic about this place. Through a fairly straight forward frontage you enter a world of objet d’art. There’s no consistent theme apart from perhaps things that are eye-catching. Then there’s the room layouts. It was never intended as a hotel, so each incredibly high-ceilinged room has been adapted in a different way to include its en...

We stayed with the family two adults and two children and they gave us the top floor rooms giving us freedom and relative privacy. Our stay was absolutely excellent. The hotel is kept immaculately clean with linen changed every day and service definitely above what you expect in a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is not included at 18 euro is...

We booked the Clos Raymi for our three night stay in Epernay. It is a little bit of a walk into town but my wife and I actually enjoyed that after good meals and champagne tasting. We stayed in the Touscan room and it is well done for a three star hotel. The bathroom is very nice and included nice...

Do not be fooled by the French word Hotel in the name, as it is an ancient usage meaning house. Rooms, bathrooms and breakfast are great, but the WiFi is poor and one must lug baggage up and down stairs. Madam is efficient and friendly if one is nice to the house cat. The location is perfect for a short...
