We had a one evening stay here with our young son in early October, eating in the restaurant and staying in a triple room. The reception greeting was warm from a lady who may have been the owner, however the good she established will was undone by the intolerant waitress who would not assist with English, was dismissive and often...

This hotel is bike friendly and dinner was very lovely. It was a crowded night, because one of the other restaurants in town was closed. So we were happy to be able to get a table. There is elegant dining at the hotel around the corner, but we had biked all day and just wanted a shower and dinner. The...

This hotel is reasonable and well priced. Yes the rooms are small but they are well presented anfd theres is nit much the hotel can do as its an historic building. It is the perfect place for exploring. The chateau is a 5 min walk away and close too cycle routes in the area. Also bike friendly. Free wifi at...

If you're petit and like quaint hotels, you'll enjoy staying at Le Relais Chenonceaux. If you're normal size or more and like good hotel amenities, this may not to be the place for you. This is a cycle-friendly hotel with reasonably basic rooms located close to the chateau. It's not an average hotel, despite my average rating. You'll either love...

Agree with most of the other reviewers - bedroom size was ok, bed was comfortable, but bathroom was minute, and there was a constant danger of hitting your head on the low, sloping beam over the bath. It was clean and comfortable, but there is no escaping the walls are too thin - we could hear the English couple next...

This hotel was included in our cycling package. Compared to our other hotels this hotel was below standard. The room was very small and bathroom even smaller especially for a tall man. This fact should be included in advertising. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The food in the restaurant was also poor quality.

We booked this last-minute, not knowing what to expect. It's in a very good location, a 5 minute walk to the Chateau Chenonceaux. The room was basic but comfortable. I was concerned that we faced the road, but didn't notice any traffic noise. Couldn't say the same about the noise between rooms, the walls were very thin and we clearly...

My partner and I stayed at this place which looked lovely on the website. When we arrived we had to lug our suitcases up two flights of stairs without any help from anyone, then shown our room and I thought it was a joke....I know rooms are small in France but this was for dwarfs, we had to sit on...

Very friendly family run hotel. Rooms were a little small but I was only there for one night. Great meal in the dining room and again very friendly service. Also, great breakfast to start the day. Very close to the Chateau and also to many other cafes in the village. Very nice stay....

2nd time we've stayed here, last time was a few years back. We chose it as it's within easy walking distance of the Chateau in Chenonceaux. Bedroom for 3 a bit cramped, food reasonable, not much atmosphere, but ok for the price.
