Part of relais silence. Beautiful hotel located 10 min walk from Chateau Chemonceau. Our room was in a separate building across the street. Very nice room with wood rafters. Dinner was exquisite. Very good service.

We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights last week and of our two week holiday, was the place we were most looking forward to staying - whilst trying not to wish our holiday away. We stayed in a Privilege Room which was everything and more than we had anticipated - so spacious with lots of furniture to...

I spent 3 nights in the village of Chenonceaux, and ended up eating each night at the Roi Laboureur. The reason I returned after my first visit was the outstanding quality of the food, the attractive presentation of each course, and the efficient, but also friendly service; and the restaurant terrace is situated in a beautiful garden setting. For this...

We recently stayed here for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. We had 2 huge rooms with an interconnecting door, rooms were immaculate, bathrooms very large and modern, even a shower in the turret. Furnishings were very tasteful. The grounds and gardens were lovely and the staff more than...

We booked to stay here 2 nights during our week touring the Loire valley, we booked a meal on the first night for ease as we couldn't be bothered to research and go else where so our expectations were not high. How wrong we were! The staff were friendly and attentive, we opted for the standard menu @ 49 euros...

Charming and very affordable hotel with a superb Michelin-star restaurant and only a short walk from the stunning Chateau Chenonceau. The hotel was easy to find - amazing in France - and is within the main street of the tiny village. Parking is free within the secure courtyard. Our room was upstairs and was very large - bedroom, lounge with...

If you are looking for a hotel with French country charm, is wheelchair accessible, accommodates families (with more than two people in a room), has a friendly and professional staff, is within walking distance to Chateau Chenonceau, and serves a fabulous multi-course five star dinner, then this is the place to stay at and visit. Staying at this delightful charming...

We had a wonderful stay at the Bon Laboureur for one night on our way back to Paris. We agreed that it was the best hotel and best meal of the more than six different hotels and eight different restaurants we went to while in France. Next time we will definitely plan on staying for longer. The property is charming,...

This is our fourth visit here as a stop en route further south. Excellent hotel in marvellous location - only minutes away on foot from chateau. It is not cheap but is good value and the food is superb. One of our favourite hotels in France.
