The facade of the hotel looks promising and the parking patio inside is surrounded by authentic and good looking buildings. The reception was correct and I got a wifi password as well. When I entered one of the buildings the total refurbishment was a shock and it was like walking in a totally different hotel. The room was strangely deep...

We arrived later because of problems with our car but it was no problem. We could have dinner immediately and enjoyed the meal. Perfect foie gras and for me wonderful kidneys. However my wife had a tuna with foie gras which was not very well. The tuna too much cooked. Other courses good. The room was a bit small but convenient...

You can't imagine the effort it takes to make something so old into something so good. Typical small rooms French style but fully equipped right down to American news stations. The restaurant and attached bistro are top notch, this is an inn built around a restaurant, loaded with history and good service. The food is well priced, the rooms are...

We stayed here for our first night in the Loire Valley. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a little odd because their reservation system required me to reserve the family room for two adults and an infant, which was in fact two separate rooms. One of the rooms was plenty for the three of us, and though we...

We booked this hotel as a stop over on way to south of France. The staff was very helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel, and the meal was very nice. Our daughter opted for a takeaway pizza from the cafe next door, which she would recommend highly. The rooms were very clean and the setting is very charming.

We've stayed here in this attractive hotel in a beautiful medieval town many times on our trips to the south west. Rooms have improved and are now very comfortable - ours was newly renovated with a large stylish bathroom and , incidentally, very good value for money (though 15 euros for the dog is steep).Special lights for reading in bed...

The hotel has a good/price quality ratio. Nice Rooms, conveniently located in the center of town. Parking on premise. Don't visit the restaurant though, my food was simply cold and uninteresting. Go to the main square, where you do have decent restaurants.

Very warm welcome at the hotel, pointed out things to do and see, gave good directions and all in English. Rooms were warm on arrival, clean and inviting. No tea coffee facilities but small mini bar with water , chocolates etc.

The night we stayed was 3 days after Christmas . The rooms as usual were perfect in England you would probably pay in the mid hundreds of pounds for such good size and opulence We had a perfect quiet nights sleep but the hotel let itself down badly by having a very restricted Menu du Jour with the main course...

Madame, Monsieur, We are really sorry you didn't fully enjoy your dinner in our restaurant during your last stay. In fact, we have a first price menu , the menu "Saint Firmin", of 25€, with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts. But nearby, you have a "choix à la carte" with 4 kinds of starters,...
