When you arrive at this hotel, you may park for a few minutes to unload your bags. Then they direct you to the nearest car park (St Anne's) which is a 4 minute walk away and costs around 20 Euros per day.
This hotel is exactly as the pictures imply. with no suprises. It is a former nunnery and the external parts reflect this. The grounds are beautiful.
Of course, they have modernised the rooms. Kind of in keeping with the life of a nun, the rooms are very simple indeed. No frills. Small, no safe, basic. I suppose I had hoped they would be maybe more ornate like the exterior but they are more in line with a Mercure or Ibis hotel which is a bit of a contrast to the exterior.
Breakfast was extra for us and costs 19 Euros per day. It is worth it!

The hotel is converted from an old convent and retains its tranquillity and architectural beauty
Our room was spacious com a very well-equipped kitchenette (complete with dishwasher) er exhaust fans work well. The room had a small window to the inside, the bathroom spacious with a nice roomy. Very close to the centre and to a silo parking at reasonable rates, it was the perfect solution to visit Dijon and relax afterwards. An espresso machine in addition to the filter coffee machine would have been a plus.

It's an absolutely beautiful hotel in a gorgeous city. The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped etc. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. But.... it's one of those hotels where they've not sorted the door closers so every door slams loudly. There's a galley kitchen in the room, but the passive-aggressive instructions say if you use it you have to clean it and remove your own waste, or pay extra to have that done for you. I'd also challenge their claim of soundproofed rooms. The somewhat amorous couple in the next room appeared intent on proving they weren't soundproofed...
Breakfast was good, once we realised there were two rooms - one with a much better selection than the first we'd entered. The breakfast staff clearly didn't want to be there and a cheery bonjour just received a scowl.
This place could so easily be a 5 with a few tweaks.

As an aparthotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping, however as you mention we do have a cleaning service that is available upon request for stays that are longer than 5 nights. BED BUGS! Our apartment was mediocre in quality and was on the second floor (3rd floor).
When we decided to retire to bed at around 3am, we found that three of the four beds we inspected were littered with bed bugs.
On thinking that it might be just fibre, I tried to push one of them and it left a reddish streak on the sheet. We checked another bed and found similar and then on lifting the top sheet we found a cluster of bugs on the mattress. We went straight to the reception and the security personnel on seeing the photos woke up the reception staff. She inspected the sheets and agreed that these were bed bugs and suggested moving us to another room. By this time I was so put off that I did not want to stay so I tried calling other hotels but it was clearly too late to check into any of the other hotels. We reluctantly agreed to check the other rooms and see if they were any better before moving as my youngest one was sleeping at this point and I did not wish to disturb her.
The other rooms beds were slightly better and still found a bug or two. The receptionist said that all the sheets are washed at very high temperatures so "those bugs are already dead". However, we had no choice but to accept these two rooms instead of our apartment and to share the beds. We decided not to sleep in the beds, however, and in the morning proceeded to the reception to cancel the second night and check into another hotel instead. The very helpful manager agreed to refund the full amount to us but after trying, said that he has to request the head office to refund it to us as it was booked through Booking.com.
Since the refund was not made, I contacted their head office and they then responded by showing a "certificate" that was dated more than a week after our stay and they claimed that there could not have been any bugs at all and that their premises are bug free. This is no doubt a paid for report, contrived to say whatever they wanted them to.
I am still awaiting the refund!

Excellent location very close to the historic city center. No pk, only minute stop in the courtyard of the establishment, pk Ste Anne nearby, 10 euros/24 hours. The exterior of the well-maintained establishment, very beautiful setting in an old monastery, magnificent cloister, we deplore the room without charm, type of suburban Ibis, very out of step with the setting, one could even say disrespectful to the setting... price level, very poor quality/price ratio. Correct welcome, nothing more. Historic city center of Dijon, magnificent! We recommend “the owl route”!

Booked via booking.com. £166 room . Immediately spotted that I’d booked the wrong dates: 29/30 of June, rather than July. Only rooms available were £109 studios so I suggested that the hotel keep my money, & I take the smaller room in July… The hotel could have had a “win win”, by getting a higher rate for a July booking and re-selling the June booking. Instead, they simply ignored me, then suggested that I had to make the change via booking.com (which was impossible on the website because the original booking hadn’t been released), then ignored me again. The original mistake was mine, so I didn’t expect something for nothing, but the hotel has chosen to ignore 3 emails (including two “en francais”), and keep my money rather than be reasonable in a way that would have enabled them to potentially earn more. Perhaps their rooms and food are excellent; I’ll never know!

Very convenient and spacious appartment in a beautiful refurbished medieval monastery. The accomodation is in a great location, with the beautiful historic old town of Dijon literally right on your doorstep. All the landmark historic sites and buildings of Dijon are within walking distance. A public parkhouse is very close to Odalys - a few minutes away on foot. The appartment is spacious and well equipped; comfort level is good. Breakfast is excellent and of good quality. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpfull. Although situated in the middle of town the location is an oasis of quiet and tranquility. We enjoyed our 3-day stay very much. The beds / matrasses could do with an upgrade though, and it is unfortunate there is no airconditioning.

1, Although we had already paid for the stay, we were deducted another 200€ (for what). We claim this, and we were told how would “get the money back in the next 14 days.”
2. The fact that we were accommodated in a room under the roof that had a temperature of 36 degrees, but hardly any ventilation, was unbearable for us as old people. We claimed this, but only got the terse answer that it was “authentic.” The room had a defective (?) Air conditioning. We couldn't sleep until 4 a.m. We find it unacceptable that even an attempt has been made to treat us in a way that is proportionate to the price. This anger relates explicitly to reception. Otherwise, the other employees were very hard at work.

We had no hot water. The staff sent us to another room, just to take a shower, after which we were supposed to go back to our room. We did this for one morning but the next morning they sent us to a room that was not cleaned and we were disgusted that the staff would offer us such a "solution".
