We booked at short notice and chose it for three reasons: price, location (walking distance to the centre of town but not right in the centre), and on-site parking.
The staff were helpful and friendly for the entire stay. The optional breakfast was good. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable & the bed was firm, but not too firm. Having many things controllable on the room's tablet was convenient (especially for the tv - which was displayed through a projector on the wall, so no ugly tv sticking out while you weren't watching). The shower was lovely - three different shower head options, and you could choose any combination of the three to be on (detachable normal shower head, rain shower, or horizontal sprays).

Open for two days when we arrived, we were among the first customers, neat decoration, pleasant and attentive staff, the rooms are spacious thanks to the fact that there is no closed bathroom, the shower is in the room but a curtain allows you to maintain your privacy, there is no television per se but an overhead projector to replace it, everything is controlled using a tablet (overhead projector, light, shutters, etc.), the situation of the hotel is perfect, next to the train station, 10 minutes walk from the city center, large choice of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, fairly complete continental breakfast
Only downsides: we found that there were missing sockets in the room (only one towards the desk and one towards the shower
The chromecast of the screen was not working (maybe a network problem
Warn customers to bring a bathrobe or a large towel to go to the pool because you have to go through the lobby to get there, there is no possibility of changing by the pool

We stayed one night in this very nice hotel. The central location was ideal, and after checking in we were able to explore the old town of Dijon at our leisure.
The hotel was opened in 2024 and is therefore very modern. The modern rooms have a comfortable bed, a great shower and a video projector as a TV. Despite the air conditioning, we were able to open a window.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, only the coffee from the fully automatic machine could be a little stronger.
The underground car park is a bit cramped and costs €11.50 per night. We were able to charge our electric car overnight for a flat rate of 15€ (four 5kW wallboxes are available).
All in all, the perfect choice for a short stay in Dijon.

The hotel is very well located right next to the train station
The room is top and the idea of the shower in the middle of the room is just very original and great
Breakfast is very varied and very hearty
Then why put 3?.....
The welcome is deplorable whether on arrival or at breakfast. A smile costs nothing and a minimum of friendliness
Anyway pity I will not come back despite the undeniable qualities of this hotel

Recently opened hotel at the station, so a few minutes walk to the pedestrian zone. The environment is safe and clean.
The hotel has underground parking (paying).

There is a garden and an indoor swimming pool (flow type), but that is located next to the work/space.

Special is the placement of the shower: the middle of the room. There is of course a shower enclosure (in glass) and there is also a curtain.
The TV has been replaced by a projector; it is controlled with a tablet. The lighting is also controlled with that tablet; however, the air conditioning is not.

Rooms are modernly designed, very well darkened and soundproofed.

Excellent beds but way too heavy duvet.

Breakfast is extensive and of very good quality but could be better organized.

Staff is friendly

This is a nice and comfortable new hotel with friendly service. Next time in Dijon we will definitely stay here again. The location is top, 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room can be called hip. The TV is a projector that plays life-size on the wall opposite the bed. The bed is comfortable. The shower is located in the middle of the room and has various spray options (hand and rain shower and even in the middle of your body), all separately on and off. There are 3 fitness machines including a water rowing machine. There is also a swimming pool. Breakfast is recommended for a reasonable price. Also nice is the garage.

A great experience.
The innovative room design, amazing shower, projector tv, power blinds etc & all controlled by a tablet, marvellous & spotless.
Couldn't get on with the pillow!
An all new hotel setting the bar high which others may want to keep their eye on.
Tremendous staff.

Evidently, someone went to a lot of trouble making the room look stylish and modern, but it kinda fell flat.
For example the touchscreen. It did control the TV and the lights but not the airconditioning. That choice seems a bit random. Why bother with a touchscreen that only controls part of the room.
Also, the TV was a projector not a TV. OK, stylish I admit, but the projector's standby light was right above the bed, bright as hell, could not be turned off. Fortunately, I travel with eye shades, otherwise I might have gone blind.
While on the subject of annoying, the air ducts hummed (really loud) even when the air-conditioning was off. Fortunately I travel with ear plugs, otherwise I might have gone deaf.
Back to the touchscreen. Whoever put it in, didn't think of actual humans. The placement was awful. For example, changing TV channels required one to contort 180 degrees and find the right virtual button. Personally, I like to surf channels so I like a remote I can hold in my hand. Fortunately, the only thing on were a few local channels, so I only turned the TV on once (about 3 minutes) to see what the touchscreen controlled (but that didn't stop the projector's standby light from trying to keep me up all night).
Also, the interaction between touchscreen and the light switches was pretty random. Honestly, I don't want to have to read a manual to find out how to turn on the bathroom light without the shower light going into pink, mood light mode. (though did finally figure it out eventually, which I'm proud of myself for). BTW, I'm less proud I never figured out how the fan in the toilet turned on (pretty stinky).
And then there was the shower. A glass conch shell taking up a third of the room. Sure it looked cool, but the room could have been 20% bigger with a regular door. And, the hose was way too short, but that's only nit picking.
While on the subject nit picking, it would have been nice to have glass glasses not paper cups.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay at our establishment. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the in-room technology and some design choices. Regarding your comments on the tablet, you should have contacted us. We would have informed you that the tablet can be detached from its charging stand. We understand that the lack of air conditioning control can be confusing, and we are working on making its use more intuitive and comprehensive. We also take note of your suggestions about the projector's standby light. These points are essential for ensuring optimal comfort for our guests. The NOMAD concept is a gamble, the gamble of offering a different kind of hotel experience. I understand that the NOMAD concept may not suit everyone. Your feedback is important to us so that we can develop the concept further. See you soon,

New hotel (still) at a reasonable price to book. Nice clean room with excellent shower cubicle (including "light therapy). Breakfast is, as with any hotel, expensive. Within walking distance, however, you can get a well-stocked sandwich and coffee at half the price at local sandwich shops. The center of Dijon is within walking distance. The parking garage is a bit on the tight side.

I recently stayed at the newly opened Nomad Hotel in Dijon, which impresses with its commitment to sustainability and style. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and train station, yet it remains a quiet retreat thanks to excellent soundproofing. The rooms are spacious, with high-quality beds and cutting-edge technology that includes tablet-controlled projectors, adding a personalized touch. The presence of private parking adds further convenience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay delightful. I highly recommend the Nomad Hotel for its modern amenities and environmental focus. I'm eager to visit again!
