Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room and bath were clean and adequate size. Mattresses were on the hard side. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional; it is available until noon which could be a plus. The room had no fridge. AC is available in warm months but was not on during our September stay. There is a covered outdoor pool which looks over a nice garden and a spa, both of which are free to guests. English speaking staff was very helpful. This is a nice hotel which is close to both tram lines and the railroad station.

We checked out of this hotel this morning after a pleasant 3 day stay. The hotel has obviously been renovated very recently. The rooms are very stylish and modern. My only gripe would be the breakfast room as it’s a bit cramped and people do not respect the one way system behind the rope when going to the buffet. The garden in an inner courtyard is lovely and a little oasis in the city as you hear the trams go past. Staff are friendly, particularly the nice receptionist who checked us in. I should have checked his name tag to give him a mention. He was efficient, softly spoken and very helpful.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful big prestige room with view to the garden. There is a bar with indoor and outdoor sitting. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice of fresh and delicious products. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the station and also to the city centre and all major sights. For one day we bought a 24-hours-ticket for tram/bus (E 4,20) to see some more of the city

The hotel was in a great location and had a nice feel to it. However, I was amazed by the bathroom. My friend and I had booked a twin room. The bathroom had a glass door, of which only half was frosted. Many couples would not be happy with this, so it is weird that you put this on a twin room. Thankfully we could manage the privacy aspect by showering when the other person was on the bed. Note that the toilet was also separate and you had to use the sink in the main bathroom. I am not sure if all rooms are like this. The bathroom was really nice otherwise. Really big, shower with Ritual toiletries. Breakfast was disappointing considering we were in France (individually wrapped slices of cheese and small bread selection). The staff were really helpful and the hotel was otherwise really nice and also clean (seemed to be recently renovated and had some character).

We booked connected rooms. Rooms where spacious, comfortable and nice. Due to restrictions we could not dine in the restaurant, so we ordered both dinner and breakfast in the room.
At first we had trouble getting information about food allergies. The receptionist helped us, and we got dinner planned. But.. it was not impressive in any way. And stuck in a room - well.. eating is just about the one thing you can look forward to.
We ordered fruit salads, bread, youghurt and compot for breakfast.. (wondered why there wasn't an option for eggs?).. and then came a paperbag with bread, some marmelade, youghurt.. and no fruit salad. On beige trays.. no table for serving.

Really fantastic. Super close to train station if you are arriving by train (and handy if you want to hop on a train to see Beaune) but also a short walk to the beautiful old town. Staff were top notch. Pierre-Max at reception was particularly helpful, be it for guidance, much needed bottled water during a heatwave, or helping my husband who does not speak French. Professional yet good humoured in several languages. The room was fantastic and bed comfy. Our room was on the 4th floor, next to tram stop but it was super quiet thanks to double glazing and air con kept it cool. Breakfast was delicious and copious. The pool and other facilities were brilliant and beautiful - just as the inner courtyard.

Hotel in itself was great, but props need to go to the staff that were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure that we would be fully satisfied with our room and our stay be being fully attentive and meeting all our requests to the fullest. Finally! A hotel with a real shower and AC! We’ve been traveling all over France and the UK and despite all hotels listing they have AC, they might as well not. So many either never kick on because it’s cold outside despite it being 75+ in the room, or act like they’re on and it never gets colder. This place has AC and it works.
Also there seems to be this trend in Europe with showers to only have half a door and the other half open which is cool in theory except none are built properly and they have all led to getting water everywhere every time I shower despite cramming myself into one side of the shower. That is NOT the case here, it actually has closing doors that work, and it’s nice and warm.
In America I might give this place 7/10, but by comparison to a bunch of other “nice” hotels (including a Waldorf Astoria) this is a 10/10.

The hotel does have its own underground lot - on a street behind ... they direct you from reception and give you a code to let you in. I think you pay by the night. Be aware the hotel is in a restricted access road with trams. We did not drive up to the front as weren’t sure you could (but pulled in at the small public parking near the park to the right - possibly this is an alternative option for parking but we could not see where to pay/meters so didn’t risk). In the end hotel Parking was ok and we walked everywhere in Dijon for two days anyway so didn’t mess about getting the car in and out.

There was a €20 supliment for him to stay, which struck me as the easiest €20 the hotel ever made.
