Spent four days here with my wife and seven year old, during a very hot August. We found the facilities and staff to be great. There is a useful little shop, Pools, crazy golf, creperie, snack bar, evening entertainment and a lovely chateau the owners are renovating. The snack bar probably need more staff and cooking facilities and you need...

We turned up after arriving on the early morning ferry and luckily it was a nice day and we could sunbath as the key wasn't available till four, which if the weather was bad would have been a long day. The park is at the edge of what looks like an industrial estate and there's not much around it so...

Dear Nesjohn33, Sorry if you have been surprised concerning our geographical situation. Indeen we cross a commercial area to come, but after the bridge our campsite is in the country. We offered entertainment days and nights up to the 26th August. After this date with much less customers on site because we were on low season, we regret not being...

Arrived at the site and tried to book in, receptionist was rather arrogant and insisted speaking to me in English, i have a degree in french so am more than capable of sorting out my booking in french. She tried to charge me full price, despite a deposit already having been paid, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. The large...

We booked this campsite for 3 nights whilst touring France. In fairness, it's a good location for the town ( ten minute drive to centre), the facilities pool, restaurant seemed good but we didn't use them and we had a grand comfort pitch which was good. Our problem was the staff and their lack of care and concern for their...

We went for a weekend! First of all I never got my reservation via email had to call them 2 times to receive my confirmation. Secondly no T&C where given to me therefore we where asked for a 300Euros deposit after being there for 1 night! We didn't had that amount on us! So we refused to pay after a...

Dear M Cardoso, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in our campsite. But when I read your comments, I must give some answers, because you are not fair. First of all, all our staff speaks English. Indeed, we have forgotten to send you the voucher but you received on the 27 April the booking confirmation,...

Stayed one night on the way to St Malo ferry as Camping d'Alet is closed in June, was an easy 4 milie-ish cycle to the ferry port, which felt fairly safe early in the morning even with a baby in the trailer (reception have a map). Probably would have taken the back roads at other times. Reception very helpful and...

Very quiet and clean campsite. Good facilities and a superb pool. Staff were excellent and the location is a dream. Have nothing negative to say at all. Staying here was worth the money we paid. The staff spoke very good English and the spacing between accommodation was very good to ensure peace and privacy. The shop has all the basics...

Unfortunately 80% of camping is dependant on weather and we stayed here for four nights which unfortunately were very wet! The site itself is in a lovely location with the beautiful Chateau that has fallen into disrepair but still has its charm and history. However, it is apparently undergoing restoration...hope so would be a shame if not. Very friendly and...

This was a great location to stay in St. Malo. It wasn't far from the ferry port, but far enough away not to hear any noise. We were close enough to travel to Mont St. Michel and even Normandy. And St. malo itself is a lovely town to walk around. The chalets were pretty basic - there is no oven...
