Anne is the most wonderful host, she made my family feel so welcome plus her B&B is amazing! We travelled through France and when we got to Anne's she kindly let me use her washing machine which helped so much given I was traveling with a baby. She went out of her way to help me translate sever nappy rash...

We had a fantastic stay at L’Ostal de Pombonne in September. Anne is so friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious with home-made cakes every morning and plenty of it. We stayed as a group of four, and the rooms we stayed in were very stylish and comfortable, and lovely and quiet. The weather...

Found this accommodation on the internet and to be honest I was sceptical about the reviews. How could it be that good. Trust me it is!! Anne and Christophe could not make you feel anymore welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and our rooms were beautiful. Will return soon.

Ostal de Pombonne is an an absolute gem, my room, les magnolias, was beautifully presented, the grounds idyllic, and Anne and Christophe, the owners were just beautiful, Anne for her constant care and attention and smile, Christophe for his sublime baking! It is a little way out of town but, when available, Anne was always happy to drive you there, but...

From being picked up at the airport to being dropped back off, we were treated with the most wonderful care and consideration. Anne and Christophe are not just excellent hosts, they have the most beautiful...

Another lovely stay at Ostal de Pombonne. The rooms here are so beautiful with everything you need. Breakfasts are delicious with homemade treats (courtesy of Christophe) and Ann incredible friendly and makes you feel so welcome. We couldn't think of anywhere nicer to stay whilst visiting the area.

Loved our stay at the end of September, the room met all our needs, complete with tea/coffee facilities. The pool was a bonus after a hard day sightseeing and still retained a bit of heat at the end of September. Breakfast was something to look forward to with homemade jams/breads etc. Anne is the perfect host and we would not...

I booked this based on the excellent reviews and they were all right. Anne collected us from the airport and on our return journey we left our luggage with her and she picked us up in Bergerac centre later that day to take us to the airport. Her and her Husband could not be more hospitable. She was constantly making...

Charming historic farmhouse converted with good taste. Tranquil rural setting. A perfect two night stay en route to the South (but Bergerac itself is very interesting). Host Anne Cousseau very friendly and helpful. Perfect english spoken but answers my less fluent french too. Superb locally sourced breakfast. Rooms are impeccable with huge comfy beds. 4*+ standard, but 3* cost. Say...
