I find myself in agreement with previous reviewers, this hotel is comfortable and extremely well run. Every staff member served with a smile, all restaurant recommendations and reservations were spot-on, and other questions/requests were handled in a friendly, first class manner. Our bedroom, although one of the smaller ones, was comfortable, modern and kept very clean. The room was at...

The lady on reception was very helpful, friendly and after a long days travel just eased us into the place. The hotel is a very characterful charming place, very comfortable and I loved the fact that the light from the lighthouse could be be seen flickering in the distance. A short walk from many nice restaurants and bars.

We had the pleasure of staying at the St Julien this past September. It's a lovely, homey hotel that is also clean and very well maintained. Our room was small but had everything we needed, including a nice view of the town and the sea. This hotel is perfectly located in a residential neighbourhood just five minutes from the main...

We had a very good stay this hotel. Room was very nice, A/C worked well - you still need it in Oct. after a days walking around. Hotel is close to lots of nice restaurants and croissant shops. The staff was great - very helpful. Be sure to ask for coffee in the morning - very inexpensive - even if...

We are so pleased that we chose this charming hotel for our 2 nights in Biarritz. It is in the best part of town, less than 5 minutes to the surf beach and around the corner from Les Halles, plus seconds from the restaurants on Rue Gambetta. Our room, Number 1, was very stylish and comfortable, and very quiet. We...

I usually don’t write any review on the places I stay in, but I want to make an exception for this place which I really liked a lot. We live in Dubai and spent 10 days in this hotel in August. L’hotel Saint Jean is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Biarritz. It is ideally located between...

Stayed for 5 nights and right from the start the owners went out of their way to make us welcome. We arrived at 10 am and our rooms were made ready for us. We were offered advice and bookings were made for restaurants and taxis. It was a spotlessly clean, beautiful, french old mansion house. We had breakfast on the...

Nice hotel, really friendly staff. Staff helped us to make reservations on several restaurants and gave lots of recommendations.Room was a bit small but really nice, the bathroom was the best part. Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and only a few minutes walk to lots of bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed a lovely 3 day holiday here, the room was excellent and staff very helpful the hotel is located a very easy walk to cafes and seaside beach. Staff helped us with most requests, it appears to be a small family run hotel, we left some things in the room and they posted them back to Australia for us,...

Spent only one night with breakfast. Even though the price was quite a lot for a three star hotel it was well spent money. Best three star Ive ever stayed at. Very cozy and charming rustic french interior. Spacious rooms with generous daylight. We arrived an hour early but could get a room directly. Breakfast is great! Typical french with...
