Well located hotel, there is a free parking area close to the hotel. The room was nice, basic and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The owner is very welcoming and she gave us good tips to make the most of our experience. Biarritz is nice for all kind of visitors. Families, young surfers, couples... There are plenty of restaurants...

Very well located : center but quiet, five minutes walking to the beatch and hart of Biarritz, free parking around. Owners Henry and Helena so nice and available and good english speaking! They will help you with your restaurants and activities requests. Sufficient space and very clean rooms, top quality for the price. I recommand !!

The Barnetche's rooms are simple, but new, functional and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was rather basic, as is to be expected in France. Location is brilliant, just steps from Biarritz town and the sea front. It's quiet at night, which is important to me, and you can even find parking around the hotel, which is a challenge in this city. The...

Stayed here during a quick one night visit to Biarritz with friends in early July 2014. Good location near parking and Central Biarritz and very friendly (English speaking) and helpful staff! Would stay here again.

It's a small, well-situated, family-owned, quiet, clean, simple and cosy hotel within 5 minutes walk to the city centre and the sandy beach. The owners make your stay comfortable, make you feel welcome, cared for and valued, very much at home. The typical French style breakfast was included into the price: loved their divine croissants with delicious fragrant coffee and...

The hotel room itself was small enough but was fine for what we needed and it was clean and well looked after. It was ensuite with a tiny shower but loads of hot water and very powerful. The owner was very helpful for pointing out restarants, markets and finding the bus station. We paid extra for breakfast on the first...

We were delighted to find that the Barnetche had a room available for our fleeting 24 hour visit to Biarritz this weekend. Not only is the Barnetche excellent value they also have parking in their own garage. A real bonus. The owners are extremely pleasant. Monsieur carried our heavy suitcase up to our room with the ease of a professional...

The charming reception gave us a first good impression of this hotel. But don´t be cheated, the charm and comfort did not reach the rooms at all. The room was really small and so was the bed. There was no closet, just a little open space to hang the clothes. No TV, an intermittent internet connection, a small desk with...

I was a little concerned having booked this hotel and then reading the negative review on trip advisor. However I do believe a full renovation (May 2011) and perhaps some attention to detail has transformed Hotel Barnetche for the better! We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in a triple room. The common areas, room and shower-room were...
