Was a bit worried by some of the reviews. But all unfounded nice clear hotel with very query features. Great location right next to the tram. Breakfast is overpriced for what it is. Nice place to stay tho. Will stay again.

The hotel is quite good but u can feel that once it was much more innovative. My room 306 was quite big with a big bath tub and a nice big bed. Carpet on the floor can be improved in terms of cleanliness, the same for furniture. Insulation is not the best!

Stayed in deluxe room for 1 night room large & clean except for tiled walls around the lovely big bath. Lots of soap marks. Bed comfy & clean. It is noisy late at night so you have to keep windows closed. Good location present staff

Situated in the up and coming area of Bordeaux, this hotel is located just off the waterfront by the new bridge. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and spacious. If you don't want to be in the middle of the shops, then this is a great place.

I lost my wallet when I was in Bordeaux. While not even staying in the hotel, Terrison, the front office manager was kind enough to track me down and contact me about my wallet. Having it back saved me a lot of money and time. Thank you for the excellent service!

Clean and convenient hotel with access to the Bordeaux tram. The rooms were modern and spacious, worth the tram trip into town. One afternoon, our nap ran late and we went across the street at Quai de Marques for dinner. I am a hotel bathroom toiletries snob, this place delivered!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The hotel was ok. Room was nice. Bathroom layout was not the best. The carpet in our floor halleay had stains--was not so impressive. Nice location. Parking was a challenge but we managed. We will try another hotel if we return

If you visit Bordeaux as a tourist, please mark that the Seekoo Hotel (which, apparently, means "iceberg" in the language of the inuit) is around three to four tramway stops from the old town and its attractions. This is not a problem, however, as public transport is reliable and good value (go for a day-long card). Rooms at the Seekoo... More

I changed my room once because of smell in my room. The other one wasn't any better: for a non-smoking rooms they were smelling really badly "smoked". Toilet smelled like old vommit. The hotel was really expensive compared to its quality. On the positives: Breakfast was nice and staff was kind. Unfortunately that doesn't make up all the lacks they... More

Cozy, modern, good location not too far from downtown and great staff. Room service starts only at 8:30 PM, which is a bit too late. Breakfast is fine and the design concept is interesting. There is no gym. Not too many eating options around. Good shopping available in the area.
