Bad: On arrival, we were given a ‘contract’ (in French) to sign – it was like we were leasing the apt! You pay for everything from a ‘menu’ (including dish washer pellets, washing up kit, ironing board etc), there was only enough toilet paper for one day and little else, no tea-towel. Not surprisingly the kitchenette was only as clean...

Stayed here for 1 night driving across Europe. The apartment building itself is very nice, modern, and not too far from the centre. There is ample parking and the receptionist was very pleasant and spoke good english. However, there is an extra charge for literally everything. They call it the al a carte menu. Wifi, parking, basically anything you'd expect...

Stayed just for one night whilst travelling from the UK to Italy. The hotel was great - perfect location to get to as we were driving - the parking was a great bonus only 10 euros for the night in a secure car park in the hotels compound. The room was a great price compared to some in the town...

We were not impressed at all by this hotel. I've stayed in better hostels. What really ticked me off is that Wi-Fi isn't included! We arrived at 1am after a 4 hour delay on the train and had no more cash on us. And they wanted money for the Wi-Fi per day! This is a basic service required for budget...

Doesnt look inviting from the outside, hiding behind the tram stop. Location was good, less than 10min walk from train station and ideal for petite France. Rooms are basic with 3rd and 4th floor badly designed with sloping walls and metal beams getting in the way. My mum was in 301 and had to climb over bed to get to...

We found this hotel very clean with helpful staff, and situated in an appropriate place to access by walking the old town and the sights of Strasbourg. Comfy beds, rooms well laid out and a descent size of bathroom all made our stay perfect. I was traveling with my sister and we had a room each at this hotel -...

Hotel is within walking distance from main train / airport-bus stations, took me about 6 minutes of nice casual walk. All other important city amenities are also within walking distance. In case you prefer a quicker option, there is a tram station just in front of the hotel. Staff was helpful, friendly and nice, spoke English. Rooms were spacious enough,...

Stayed here for 3 nights in a room with a kitchenette, the room was clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed for some basic meals, which is still better than eating out. The wifi was good, and the parking was invaluable. The room was a tad bland with no decor at all, but for the price it didn't...

Stayed in Strasbourg for a weekend. Good hotel for city travellers. Little kitchenette in the room so you can cater for youerself (and therefore we didn't take the hotel breakfast). On the edge of the old town of Strasbourg. The hotel just offers everything you need, when you're exploring a city. No fancy stuff needed.
