The room is convenient and clean. Several handy plugs, a good point. The breakfast is a bit expensive (9,90 euros) as the quality of the food is not the best(particularly the fruits and the cereals which are not very fresh). The service was perfect and the personnel kind, and always helpful. Location is very good, close from the train station...

Large double room for a single occupancy. The room was very clean and quite basic. The bathroom was clean but very small. Basic shower gel provided and two plastic cups. Breakfast is continental with no hot food offering apart from boiled eggs which you have to boil yourself. Warm Madeleines are available which are delicious. The staff are friendly and...

Ideal for a quick trip around Strasbourg, and an overnight stopover. Staff quite friendly and efficient, satisfactory parking facilities, but book early. Nice breakfast, and some nice restaurants close by.

Pluses: Very clean room, excellent breakfast service, as usually in Ibis Minuses: The room was dark, with no single glass, no bottle of water, no kettle - making a tea impossible. Reception service: unequal. On the first day - unpleasant, average. Following days - excellent, most charming ladies.

In many four-star hotels the rooms are dark and gloomy probably to save on electricity. I liked the hangers with normal hooks rather than the usual hotel contraption....

Even though we stayed here in July we had spent the best part of 6 hours on a motorbike travelling in the rain from Switzerland and we were cold and wet. We were settled very quickly and once finally dried off we went out into the centre for the evening. A lovely centre and some bars and restaurants were bustling....
