Good geological position in the centre of the city. Ask for a room that gives on to the courtyard and you won't hear a thing. Be aware that the car park access is VERY narrow. The rooms are well equiped. The breakfast courtyard is particularly pleasant.

After a wonderful stay at Citadines on Bourke in Melbourne, we received a 40% off voucher for any Ascott property, so decided to use it while we were in Strasbourg. The hotel is in a good location, just off the main shopping strip and only about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. However, this is about where it stops -...

Modern reception area, very helpful gentleman on reception, giving advise on best way to see the city.. Apartment has a small but usually kitchen and easy walking distance of main city centre. Plenty of places to eat.

It was exactly this time when pictures looked much better than the reality. We just needed a hotel for one night, nothing special was expected and the reviews by others were pretty good, but it was a disappointment.

We stayed as a couple and another friend at this Aparthotel for two nights. Parking is easy and the hotel is right in the middle of everything. We hired bikes nearby and ended up riding to Kehl, just over the German border for lunch. The rooms were on the small side but we each had our personal space. We were...

This apartment hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were at great pains to ensure that everything was right. last minute changes to our stay were absorbed without fuss, and a surprise early return was accommodated with an upgraded room at the original price. They kept our excess baggage for a week while we were on a canal boat,...

We stayed here on a one night stop over in Strasbourg and were very happy with our choice. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the old town and a few minutes walk to the main sights. The hotel has a carpark for which they charged €12, which is not bad these days and was essential for...

Great for a long weekend break with our 7 month old. Only fans in the room no a/c otherwise it was perfect for what we needed. We even managed to borrow a travel adapter plug from reception - who were always very friendly and helpful.

Great central but quiet location, new rooms with high quality furniture, full size and ultra equipped kitchen. A second home. Garage. Worth every penny. Nice staff, maybe even too good for a touristic town where you don't expect high quality service anymore.

I stayed at the Citadines on late June. The rooms were what you'd expect from European rooms - not extremely spacious but comfortable. The rooms do not have air conditioning but leave the window open for 30 minutes and you understand why. The breakfast (buffet style) was very fresh and nice. The amazing thing is the location, a skip and...
