We booked our hotel online and requested, if at all possible, early check in and on site parking. We arrived late morning from Basle and the staff made extra efforts to get us into our room. Fortunately, we were early and we were able to park in the hotel garage which is important in Strasbourg because parking in town is...

I think there is not much you can do about pricing in Strasbourg during Parliament week, however this Hotel was also a bit disappointing due to: missing Spa / no Gym (4*??) and the rather unusual situation that I was locked in the morning I wanted to check out to catch my train and waited for almost ten minutes until...

Weekend trip with our dog! Nice hotel, well located, good service, clean rooms, mattresses were bit used! I had the impression I'm rolling out of the bed (room 508)! Easy and fast check in and out! Silent!

Location: the hotel is in the center of the Strasbourg, at walking distance from main attractions. A big tram station nearby offers an easy access to all parts of Strasbourg. Rooms: recently renovated, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a nice decoration. The effect is cosy, fresh and pleasant. Wifi: free, and reasonably fast Breakfast: served in the 7th...

Very good central location with secure parking. The rooms are looking a little tired and the carpets could do with a deep clean. The bar area was packed with a function on so had to go elsewhere. The breakfast was the usual buffet style with good choice.

Nice hotel conveniently placed close by a tram station and to the Kleber Plaza. Walking distance to cathedral and Petit France. Very good staff, customer care and attention. The city is basically flat, not much parking spaces, therefore bike and walk is the way to visit.

Not very modern but good hotel in central Strasbourg close to tram station (with easy access to train station and European Parliament). The room was quite spacious and the breakfast very nice. I would recommend staying here.

We chose a room 'privilège' for our week end in Strasbourg. The hotel is well located, right in the center of Strasbourg, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The room in itself was spacious enough, and the bed very comfortable. Coffee and mini-bar were complimentary to the room and much appreciated. Reception was nice and courteous. The buffet breakfast was however...

Chose this hotel for two reasons, public transport connection to European Institutions and somewhere which would give me something to do in the evenings. For a four star hotel you expect something that is not a minimalist structure (inside or out). The decor is dated (artex on the walls, questionable colour scheme in the rooms), clean and functional. The style...
