They threw away my reservation because they didn't recognise the company. The booking company resent it and they refused to take payment. The room looked nothing like the ones on this site. No table. Bare. The floor sloped. No heating control (in Dec) just a large radiator that eventually heated the room. Bathroom no heating at all. Dirty sheets. Plug... More

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel a few steps away from both railway station and the famous Petite France district. Although the rooms (especially the 4 bed family room) are not huge, but they seem to have been recently refurbished (at least some of them). There are tea making facilities in the room but it's better to bring along your... More

We had a very nice stay in the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean and in general was better than the rooms shown in the pictures. It had also an excellent value for money. The receptionist provided very helpful instructions for the city.

It is situated close to the city center and a perfect location for short trips. We stayed one night and it was good. We didn't try the breakfast. The parking garage is rather small (difficult for big cars 😀) Nice backyard and staff was friendly

the hotel is very close to Petit France, the staff is very helpful and English-speaking. They had construction works going and the dust was all over the place, even in my room. Very untidy. The furniture was worn down, so was the bed. Uncomfy. The restaurant was closed due to the construction works, but if open, my room would have... More

Good service from staff, but room quality and hotel condition not good. Not good room size, cleanliness is poor. Near to Station and Tram stop. Lift was not working. Towels not replaced daily. Value for money

You have to first check in and than you recive the key for Garage that is hidden right across the Hotel enterance in pedestrian only area. Where you park in the meantime is just matter of good/bad luck.

The Pax Hotel is a great hotel, perfectly located in the middle of the city center. The staff is superfriendly - speaking French, English and German - and very helpfull with parking and checking in, the next morning we had a great breakfast; I would say: a perfect stay in Strasbourg!

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, nice beds, helpful staff, you feel safe and it is located with in walking distance to most of Strasbourgs attractions. We did not have breakfast there. So if your looking for a praiseworthy place to stay I can recommend this hotel. We will come back, since Strasbourg was i nice... More
