Lovely and charming hotel. Very nice food at the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is big enough. Great location close to beautiful petite France and tram station. Only 10 minutes walk to Cathedral. Very french style.

We knew for Strasbourg we had a very competitive price for a 3 night stay. But in Room 7 we could hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING from Room 8! There was only a thin quilt, the heating went off around 11. In December it was therefore freezing all night long! And took make it worse, around 1130 and for...

I recently was fortunate enough to stay at a wonderful property, Hotel Chut in Strasbourg, France. The city was amazing and the hotel was perfect... Location, ambience and service was what made my visit so enjoyable. I love architecture, design and have many years of experience in the hospitality business and this place had it all! I was finishing up...

We were very pleased with our accommodations for three-plenty of space and unique room. Morning cafe' was very tasty along with the fresh baked croissants, fresh fruit, homemade cereals, etc. Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance. A plethora of restaurants, shops and sites to see nearby. Be sure to book dinner at Chut, as it...

In the car unfriendly old center nice modern interior in old environment. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. If you want a place to enjoy in the old part of the town and you don't mind to pay a few euro's this hotel is a good choice. The noise of the toilet of the neighbors is a little bit loud...

Hotel Chut has more than plenty of charm. We stayed in room 4 with a view of the incoming street. It does get a bit bright in the room come morning since there are no pull down blinders, only wooden covers outside the windows. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern. The breakfast was small in options but...

Chut is superbly situated in the very best part of Strasbourg. Easy walk to the station and the touristy Cathedral area, but right in the middle of la petit France, the ancient heart of the city. It can be a bit noisy, but what do you expect? The rooms are pleasant and contemporary. Breakfast was great too.

Good points: good restaurant, convenient location and charming quirky rooms with interesting decor. Bad points: website does not give true picture (no 'walk in' shower, wifi not working (despite promises to fix it) and rather noisy - inside and out). Also, if you are checking in on a Sunday or Monday there is likely to be no one at the...

The hotel is very nice, small and charming, with its own soul. In a perfect location, close to rail station, tram stop, in the old town. Room was spacious, very clean, bathroom as well, bed v. comfortable. Free wifi in the room. The only bad thing I can say - it was a bit noisy (it's an old building, with...

While the charm was there, service and room were a huge disappointment. The website does not reflect at all the reality. At booking, the staff was very nice until we showed up; then it went down hill from there. We went with 2 young childs and the rooms are not child friendly at all. Although I understand the fact that...
