Great hotel right behind Piccadilly Station. Huge rooms and lovely bathroom. Very comfy beds and good breakfast. Excellent deal with Living Social, free access to Thermal Suite which was lovely and bottle of prosseco waiting on ice in the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love the rooms and beds at this hotel. I used the gym for the first time on this visit and found it fine, however I would imagine it would be very busy in the evenings. The spa is also well worth a visit. The restaurant is expensive for evening meals, but worth it as the quality and dining experience...

This hotel has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that make it a poor value in its current state. The good: -Very convenient location to Train Station and University of Manchester. -Nice décor and good onsite food and drink services. -Comfortable beds and linens The bad: -Detailed cleaning was very neglected. You will notice the wear...

What a great hotel, a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. The business suites were ideal for our purpose. The rooms themselves were huge and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

We booked an accessible double room for 1 night. If you are disabled this may be important to you. Upon arrival we were handed a 'Personal Evacuation' form (which, once completed, let's the hotel know your needs during an evacuation). The receptionist insisted that it only required a name and signature: all the other details were to be left blank....

The room was lovely. The Decore throughout the hotel was very nice. The staff behind the bar and reception were very professional and very happy to help. The hotel is in a great location and an easy walking distance to the main centre. Overall my experience at the MacDonald Manchester Hotel&Spa was a very positive one and will definitely make...

We like this hotel. Great location. Good freshly cooked breakfast but this stay was a disappointment. No bedside light, missing desk light, no soap and finally the shower door broke. A pity as previously our stays have been very enjoyable.
