Great location right in centre of the city but staff were totally disengaged and even seemed to prefer it if you didn't bother them! Heard a barman sayto other staff "if room service call don't answer it!"

Hotel was disappointing no tea coffee or biscuits in room had to ask. Very dated particularly the bathroom. But the most disappointing was the number of drug homeless laid on the footpath every few yards. First time I've seen double bed homeless in drug induced coma everywhere. No attempt to move them in fact the police were parked over the...

Accomodate on clear & tidy, location is very convenient next to tram/bus stops and 5 min walk to train station. Only disappointment was the over expensive drinks and their poor breakfast. Minimal choice of cereals, hot food is like warms at best even when new trays of food brought out which was rare. Stayed for three days and tried several...

Accor Plat - Stayed Dec 16 It took me a while after some decent research to pick this hotel. Was here from Australia for a Man City match. One night was GBP158 and the 2nd night GBP67. That's supply and demand for you! Centrally located, we arrived by train and caught a taxi to the property. The main ground floor...

Hotel room was overlooking Piccadilly gardens so could not be more central. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. So many positives. But was on the 9th floor and the rooms were in need of a bit of Tlc. Also since you are overlooking the gardens could do with extra double glazing as can hear the trams and the "crazies" down...

We arrived and were welcomed by pleasant and professional staff. We enjoyed a short stay and checked out the following day. The room was clean, if a little tatty in places. The restaurant was also a little tatty in places. When leaving we asked the reasonable question if the Hotel could mind our small case while we did some shopping...

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great location in the city centre. Very comfy beds, would recommend to stay here again! The rooms were quiet and not a noisy busy hotel the staff were very helpful and quick when needed, we didn't get any bed breakfast or any food as we was only here for one night so cannot comment on the...

Came to stay here with my partner late last year (oct 2016). We love the city of Manchester and like to book a hotel so we can have a few drinks. The reception was great and a nice and easy check in. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of Piccadilly and only 5 mins from train station. So...
