Great value for money budget hotel, close to the main line rail station. The rooms are very clean and very functional. If you are just looking for a cheap bed for the night in a well run hotel, look no further.

This was my second stay at the Ibis Budget in Manchester's Pollard Street which suggests I must have been reasonably pleased first time round. And I was. But on this second visit, while I have no serious complaints, I did get the impression that standards had slipped a little. And those first few moments after you arrive which are so...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback and thank you for coming back to the hotel. Please be assured I will make sure corrective training will be given for the staff as a matter of urgency and I would be grateful if you would send me more details about your stay (date, name, room number) to h6943-gm@accor.com, so I could...

Oh lord. This 'hotel' is awful. The shower cubicle is IN THE ROOM literally next to the bed !!!!!!!!!! The "frosted glass" shower door is completely see through ..... fun when you are sharing with a friend .... not. I was on the 6th floor and the lift was not working. Not fun with our suitcases - I'd dread to...

Dear Clubbincat, Thank you for your time to leave the review. The shower is in the room and the pictures of the rooms are available on the website prior making the booking. Please accept my apologies for technical issues, we do have problems with the lift and trying our best to solve the issue, I wish you would have asked...

This hotel was as described. I booked a triple room but the bunk bed was not made up for my son. The room was clean but paint was peeling in certain places. The staff were helpful in so much as they did what they had to do and answered all my questions, no smiles, it felt a bit cold and...

There comes a point when budget just goes too far and this is it. Ibis hotels are normally budget anyway so this was always going to be sparse, but it was worse. Someway out of town, the rooms had no tea or coffee, no hairdryer, no shower gel, plastic cups that split trying to get them out of their plastic...

We booked this hotel for a night in Manchester based on its price we were not expecting any luxuries, however, the room was clean, well furnished and well presented. The staff on reception were friendly and check in was efficient. The hotel is not a long way away from the town centre, but there are also regular bus and tram...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, We had the family room. When we entered the room we noticed the shower is in room, you have no privacy when having a shower, Breakfast could have been better. If i need to book a family room again in Manchester it wont be here.

I'd previously read reviews so I knew about the facts that showers opened directly into the room and the toilet door has a gap at the bottom, so if it's your first trip away as a couple that might kill the romance a little. None of that mattered to me as I was staying by myself. I was happy with...

Be warned: If you intend to share a room in this hotel with anyone, be prepared to get to know them intimately. There is not a full door for the toilet which is in the bedroom, not in a separate bathroom, meaning you can hear EVERYTHING. Likewise, the shower which is next to the bed, has a partially frosted door...

Always stay here with the family whenever we decide to stay in manchester. For the price you pay it's well worth it...rooms have everything you need including free wifi. Isn't too far from wilmslow road for eating.
