Budget hotel but the customer service is far from budget. Overall my stay was pleasant, room was great other than a maintenance issue with the shower. Spoke to Emily, she apologised and promptly sorted the issue out. Overall great experience

I had a good experience and would certainly come again. Staff catered to our needs and seemed friendly and approachable. The location was absolutely perfect and very central indeed, we were only a few minutes away from the Arndale centre

I would say use the trams - but they are busy on match days. Taxi is a good site for none locals. The walk is about 40 minutes
