Well it's a cheap hotel. I payed only 25£. It was clean, my room had no windows. The pub in the ground made a lot of noise, but because I was in the last floor it doesn't bother me so much. The staff was really nice. To access the hotel you have to pass the pub and because I came...

Had a 2 night stay here. No reception but the girl was really accommodating and waited outside for me to arrive (I was late). She was a delight. I'd describe this place as an upmarket doss-house really. Although the shower was fine the bathroom was musty and the whole place was a bit grubby. The TV didn't work and there...

We stayed in this place for two days while we were visiting Manchester. The service were really nice and the location is great. The neighborhood is the best in the city and the hotel is 5 minutes away from the main square and city spot. The hotel is inside a pub with shows every night and sorrounded by really nice...

Although this is better than average for the price, there is not an option for a 'good' rating. I couldn't rate 'very good' as it wasnt quite there yet! The Northern Quarter however, is a great place to stay. The hotel is also walking distance from the main music venues in Manchester. It's very good value and the room was...

Have stayed here before so I knew what to expect. This time my wife was with me so booked a double room. The room was basic but was far too small for two people . Wardrobe was a metal rail with two coat hangers. There was no bedside cabinet and no chair at desk. Some of the electrics were down...

This hotel is above the Millstone pub in the Northern quarter of Manchester. It is ran as a separate business, and is a budget option. I have said this as I have read other reviews and I think they are a bit unfair in that they seem to have expected something more. The pub is a noisy lively place filled...

We...

Booked this place last minute before visiting Manchester for one night on a football trip. The room was ok clean enough the shower wasn't the best but it worked and I had a decent nights sleep. As others have already pointed out this place has a lively bar open until the early hours the staff we're friendly enough one of the...
