We booked this hotel purely because of it's location. Across the road from Belle Vue dogs it was just what we were looking for. I knew from pictures that it was a little dated but time and money has clearly been spent on the rooms (not quite extending to the bathroom). Quiet and convenient it does what it says on...

Good value, staff friendly and helpful. Bed and towels clean the room looked a little tired but for the cost it was fine. Breakfast was very good and plenty of car parking available. Would stay again.

We were not expecting much for the price we paid so were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff; adequate room; good breakfast; close to centre. We have often stayed at a nearby Travelodge - breakfast not included - but will consider this place first in future.

An ideal location if you are having a night at the dog track. 5 of us went myself, my husband, our 9 year old son, my 21 year old son and his girlfriend. we had rooms next door to each other. The rooms were so different. we had the massive family room which was pretty basic and a little tired...

A chip was on the windowsill to welcome me to my room... Presumably from the previous guest. This was sat beneath the broken slat blind. The room was cold on arrival with only one storage heater (dented and abused looking). The footer sheet to the bed was stained, as was the felt carpet by the bed. Decor in desperate need...

We stayed in January and were welcomed by a friendly receptionist. The room was pretty basic but clean and had a decent sized tv, plenty of tea and coffee and nice bedding. It is opposite the Belle Vue greyhound stadium and near the 02 appollo. The breakfast was a buffet and was very good, all you can eat. The food...

Stayed New year eve, got really good price for it considering it was city centre and time of year. Lots of space on car park with a massive sign and flag with logo on so cant be missed. Reception/bar area looked nice, clean and modern. Check in was easy and receptionist was nice. Room was clean but dated so not...

Came to see a gig at the arena so wanted somewhere fairly cheap just to stay the night, all city centre hotels were incredibly expensive so found this place and it was just what we wanted. Cheap and cheerful and about £8 for a taxi into town or the station is quite close by for during the day.
